When I first got Shopify for a new website, I knew I needed to get a membership/loyalty program. The problem is "WHICH." You have all these positive reviews on every app across the platform which mostly touch on how helpful the customer service is (which I think should be a given and not really something to write a review about, so basically didn't help with my selection of apps at all - not enough info on the function of the app itself) I was struggling to either go with Smile or other cheaper/free alternatives. In the end I chose Growave for the long term route based on in-depth reviews online. Sure, I've had my concerns with this app at first but overall, it's simple, customizable, a lot of options for me to create an experience for site visitors. So far things have been going pretty smooth after some tests and real transactions. The team has been stellar with the support (not the most important on my criteria for choosing an app) but Tina was super quick with the response that it saved me a lot of time which I am thankful for. So yeah, you have a great arsenal to build a membership/loyalty program and a responsive team behind it. Couldn't ask for better myself. Hope Growave continues to be this good.

Best loyalty app I’ve tried. The experience of the app is user-friendly and the I got all the functions that I needed. The customer support team was amazing, they were fast responsive and helped with alternative ideas. Highly recommended!

The ease of use and powerful functions crush any other service I have tried.... and there were a lot. The customer support is hands down the best I have ever received from any Shopify application. They were always responsive and extremely happy to help. Most of the time you install an app and it is never quite like you wanted it to be installed. I reached out and within hours every single aspect of the Growave app was fully implemented EXACTLY how I wanted it in my store. I seriously can't explain how impressed I am by both the functionality and team behind this app. 110% recommend!

I've been using this app for more than a year. Their customer service is very impressive. Whenever I have requested on chat, they handle it in a few days.

Developer support is fast and helpful. I've been this app for 3 years and i'm happy. The page load is a little slow, but i'm switching to 2.0 theme and i'm assuming that it will be faster with less bloated code.

So glad I googled best rewards apps before switching to yet another app that everyone talks about and is nothing but headaches, Growave was mentioned as the top app on every blog I came across so I gave a shot and found not only a versatile app but and amazing team behind it always available and ready to take action on everything I threw their way, I wanted my program to match my store and needs I was tired of me having to match other apps limitations, the Growave team handled everything immediately I'm talking about 8 am CST to 2 am CST it didn't matter when I was working they were too blows my mind. Overall my top app for 2021-2022 thus far. A must have!!!

Fast and helpful Support, great to work with. Would appreciate to have a CSS Field in the Design section so I can add more complex custom designs there and not have to overwrite the CC in the themes CSS file with important.

This app is awesome in its features alone, but what makes it the perfect choice is the stellar customer support I have received in the first couple of weeks of using it. I hope they can keep up this kind of customer service because they are doing a fantastic job. We had many requests and we talked via chat with them almost daily in the first two weeks but Alex, Tina and their colleagues were always there for us and helped us greatly. I can only recommend it and hope to be successfully using this app and their support for a long time to come! Thank you!

I don't often write reviews because most service providers want to get positive reviews within a couple of days after the app's implementation. But this case is different. I spent a very long time searching, studying and comparing all loyalty programs in the app store and growave stood out in the following aspects: 1. Versatility: review, loyalty, login and wishlist all together. Have not tried IG yet. 2. Affordability: reasonably priced. Other highly-rated APPs are far more expensive. Those at similar price points do much less. 3. Support: throughout my journey so far, I've talked with Tina, Alex, and Alice, all of them are very attentive and professional. Solved my requests lightning fast. All in all, i couldn't recommend enough on this APP. It has made my day and so it will to yours if you give it a try. It does more than you want.
