Growave has seen a lot of improvements recently, especially with V2, which brings better customization, improved branding options, and increased reliability. I've been using Growave extensively: VIP Tiers, Rewards, Reviews, Wishlist, etc. And while I had some reliability concerns in the past, they’ve really stepped up over the last year. One of the biggest advantages is the seamless integration of features. You can reward customers with loyalty points for leaving reviews, and such, which adds value. For the price, you’re getting tons of great functionality in one app. And of course, the customer support is outstanding. They solve all your problems, go above and beyond, and are even willing to make minor customizations. Always responsive, always knowledgeable, and always helpful. Overall, it's a great app that keeps getting better. Please keep up the great work on improving reliability and UI!

We used this app for a year and so far the setting is easy-to-use but there are some restrictions in the custom setting. Other than that, the customer service is very helpful, fast responds. I would recommend all of you to use it!

I use this app for reviews, rewards, wishlists, and social sign-in. It's absolutely perfect for my shop. The customer service is super helpful. They responded very quickly and fixed all my issues. This is the best service I've experienced so far!

Update: I had concerns about their updated pricing, and customer support went out of their way to reach out and clarify on all my concerns. Original 2021 review: Best app I've dealt with on Shopify in regards to customer service. Great service and the feature are worth it.

This is hands down the best app experience I’ve had. I use Growave for the wishlist, reviews, and loyalty program. Out of the box, it’s very well designed (and I’m a graphic designer) You can customize many elements with your exact colors on your own or go even further by reaching out to support who are incredibly responsive and kind.

Excellent customer service. I always receive a timely response. Their team analyzes the issue and the works to resolve it. This is one of the best support teams from an app that I've worked with. I highly recommend.

So far so good. Been using the app and its been good to me. I changed themes and the reviews and rewards disappeared but the team at growave messaged me and got that sorted.

Great All in ONE App and we are very glad that we found it. The key features that attract us most are membership/VIP tier setting (which is very cost effective) and of course we love the excellent support we have from Growave team esp credit to Alex, Cheersss : )

This app is the best app. You get allot of value for the cost and their customer service team is one you will always leave feeling happy and satisfied . They are all pleasant and easy to work with. A couple of screenshots of what you want and a bit of description and bam what you ask for is completed. Usually, doesn't take more than 24 hours to fulfill requests. I have been their customer for 3 years and I wish I had found them sooner because I was able to eliminate 4 apps from my store further adding to the glitch-free operation of my store. I definitely recommend them for your store you will be glad you did!!!!

Using this app has upgraded my store and I love it! The wishlist feature is my favorite and is a feature that any store should have! The support team was proved very kind and helpful. I contacted Alex a couple of times and he got right back at me and helped me with my queries successfully! Keep going and stay one of the best shopify apps!

The app is great, and the support is even better. Since we installed the app up until now (roughly 2 to 3 months) the support has been excellent. They help us out with custom requests and answer all of our questions rather quickly. The app functions great as well. There are some things, such as loading speed which could be improved, but other than that it works great. I can definitely recommend people who are looking to include functions that this app offers with Growave. We mainly got it for the points system, but started using the profile pages, wishlist and review function as well.
