Customer service has been exceptional at Growave. After experiencing issues with our reviews widget after upgrading our theme, Growave advised that it was a theme error and not an app issue. I contacted the developer of the paid theme and they were unable to assist. I reached out to Growave again and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue that the theme developer was not able (or willing) to. THANK YOU for your time, attention to detail and commitment to resolving my issue!

I've been trialing Growave and I can honestly say I love it so far! It's powerful. Before I came across Growave, I was determined to use a separate loyalty programme & review app because I couldn't find a platform that does both. Growave combines both of those apps plus so much more. Extremely responsive and helpful team. Their team is amazing, from Tony who gave me the demo, to Alex & the dev team who helped me customise a few things on my website, everyone has been absolutely helpful. Thank you! We used this app to launch our customized Loyalty Program on all 3 of our websites running the same theme. With Growave, we were able to work around some limitations that other Loyalty Apps on Shopify simply don't do. This app is the best Loyalty App out there on Shopify! Just for that alone, this app is worth the money. The Growave staff is very happy to work with us and replies quickly, despite our timezones differing. I would highly recommend giving these people a chance!

It's been a while that I was looking for an app that will cover Wish Lists/Referral Program/ Rewarding point and this one is by far the best. Easy to use, amazing customer service. Highly Recommended!!!

We selected this app after a long-term search to find the best solution for our shop. No we have 4 apps of 5 set up. Until now we havent had any problems or malfunctions. We though have many "little" customization tasks, setting the looks to match our store design, and they always made them for us, in addition, quite quickly! Thank you guys for that, sometimes we feel guilty when we find a new detail to be customized... :) The features we got using Growave are amazing, and the look of the app is gorgeous. They add so much to our store! Plus, people started to use very quickly, and of course it means UCG for us. Biggest task to solve is translating the app, just like Shopify, to translate it - if you dont use it in English - is quite a big work, but you have to do it once...The last app we will launch is Rewards, we are afraid of it a bit, hope we will find the good settings. Now we are still working on setting and customizing the notification emails, and then release it :) We will add an update later to this review, but what we have experienced and saw until now is definiately 5 stars. Thanks guys!

We are in the process of launching a loyalty program and out of all the programs I have worked with, in the past and researched, Growave was by far the easiest to work with and offered more than just the typical loyalty program. Customer service is great to work with as well. I wanted to update my review to just say that the development team and customer service team have been helpful throughout the entire time we have been using this app.

We have been using all products from Growave. It's not all perfect, but what is? And, whatever customization or issue we had they have been extremely helpful.

I couldn't ask for more. Top-notch customer service. Lightning fast and super supportive staff, especially Alex, who has accompanied me since the beginning of app installation to customization. He and his team have fulfilled many of my customization needs, was very prompt and quick to every request and solved all problems from the smallest to the most important. The app itself is a great all-in-one product. Super easy to install and use! We don't need to download tons of other apps (which hurts our page speed significantly) or subscribe to any other expensive separate services. We particularly love the Instagram Shoppable feature for its nice presentation and functionality, which we haven't been able to find elsewhere without having to pay hundreds of dollars for just about the same one. Highly recommended !! For those small companies and startups out there who don't have the million-dollars budget yet very "picky" about both the quality and quantity of the services you'd receive, Growave is the answer for you.
