The support I got is really great. The app itself works also smoothly, and I like all the pages for my website that are pre-populated and ready-to-go. I ran into some problems though with orders that had to come from different older systems. So, I had to import them first and after that, I could Reward Points for my pass clients as well. I love the way that Growave integrates my wishlist, loyalty, rewards and feedback and the modules work together to deliver a better user experience than individual apps.

Speaking from my experience after using this application for a while, I find it very handy in setting up promotions, giving points and gifts for our precious customers. Our business certainly benefits from this. And one of the best thing is that they have excellent and enthusiastic support staffs, especially Tattu and Tina. They always appear almost immediately and answer every question I have during the use of the app. Thank you for making such work became easier.

We are so glad that we found Growave. Their app is amazing for what is offered. Easy to set up, with lots of function. We use Growave for Loyalty, Wishlist and Instagram galleries. Their dashboard is easy to use and we are able to do basically anything we want with their resources. The Customer Success team is also unparalleled. Any ask we have is never too big or small- from changing fonts and on their interface, to changing icons within our developer theme. They work very fast and are always very friendly. Cannot recommend them enough!

Growave has extremely amazing customer service. Whenever I ran into any technical difficulties, requests to implement changes, and just general advice on making sure we were taking advantage of all their features, Growave was able to go beyond to make sure we're taken care of. With all the third party apps we use, customer service and ability to resolve issues right away is essential to keep everything moving smoothly. Would highly recommend Growave.

A super useful review app recommended by my friend. When using, my website encountered some problems, and the imported reviews could not be displayed well, so I contacted their customer service, only then did I realize that they had been trying to contact me to report problems with my website. My problem has been solved very simply, and I donβt even need to do anything. They also displayed the product reviews on my homepage, thank you very much Tattu :)

Growave offers a lot of great features to help you connect with your customers and grow as a business. We are extremely happy we made switch to their platform. Only drawback is the lack of ability to customize how their widgets look on your website as well as tailoring emails (rewards, reviews, etc) to fit your brand.

The app works great but its the customer service that is award winning. I have never worked with a team so responsive with such a can do attitude. If you're not sure I'd say definitely give these guys a go and don't hesitate to reach out for questions, they do good work.

We had a great experience with this app so far, helping us integrate a Rewards scheme, Instagram Shop, Social Login and a Reviews section. It was able to help us introduce a loyalty scheme, as well as replace at least three other apps doing the same job. The Growave team were exceptionally helpful with all my requests, and were more than happy to work with us to bring the app to exactly what our business required. We will be monitoring how the app performs, but so far we are very happy with this app and will be using it for the foreseeable future on our store.

After tried so many alternative products, finally, finally, I got what I want and it is not expensive though, with so many features integrated, TinaγTattu and the development team, helped a lot with my website. There are a few things that need improvement, analytic-wise, the dashboard is not very intuitive and I don't see an A/B testing option available. Overall, this is a fantastic plugin, probably the best out on the market considered its all-in-one integration.

For the moment I only used Wishlist and Reviews but it's work fine. Well integrated and customer service is really good thanks to Tattu. This app is regrouping 5-6 apps in one, very useful.
