Growave is fantastic and we installed it because it is so much more than a loyalty app! It's super easy to use and whenever you feel suck the customer service is phenomenal. Tina and Tattu are our go to most of the time and they are brilliant... Everyone is honestly! So nice as well to recognise who it is you're talking to, really feels like they are taking good care of you. We are recommending this app far and wide. Waiting on some cool new integration too which is a bonus!

This app is great in so many ways. But what I'm most satisfied with is the responsiveness of their customer support, I have had help from Tina and she has provided me with outstanding help and with a very quick response. I absolutely recommend!!

Excellent Support & Powerful Features We use Growave for our CBD shop in Switzerland and couldn’t be happier. The app offers a robust loyalty program, referral system, and many customization options – all in one reliable platform. What truly stands out is the support team: We encountered a small issue with the rewards pop-up on mobile, and it was resolved very quickly. Communication was friendly, fast, and solution-focused – exactly what you hope for! Highly recommended for any store looking to take customer engagement and retention to the next level.

We are about to launch this on our official store, however, before launch we have to make sure everything works as it should. So far, Growave has been nothing but supportive in helping us. Highly recommend giving them a go. Currently the best customisable Loyalty Program on Shopify.

The Growave App has been straightforward to install and configure. I really appreciate the amount of customisation that is possible, together with the usefulness and clarity of the user guides. Really intuitive, with great customer service. Tina has been super fast to respond, really clear in her answers & very helpful. Only draw back is that 'Custom Actions' are only available in the Enterprise plan. I'm not on Shopify Plus, nor do I intend to be. Having no middle-ground service whereby I could get hold of Custom Actions is a little frustrating. Not really a complaint though - more of a small wish for when/if updates happen. The app is fantastic and I'd thoroughly recommend.

I've had this app installed for about a week and so far, it's been great. It was easy to set up everything and I love the new rewards program. The responsiveness of their customer support is outstanding and they already helped me with a bunch of small but vital actions I couldn't make work correctly myself. Within minutes of activating it, a visitor set up an account! thanks for a great app!

Tattu is beyond amazing so is this APP! They went above and boyond even fixed a issue in my admin panel and no cost to me! I have already upgraded my plan and Also With this only being my 2nd day with the Referral program active.. i am already seeing Sales from it! Cant thank you enough.

Nice app, installed quickly. The documentation on the installation is not too deep but customer support is really great and helps you within less than 24h!

Growave has made my website much more interactive for my customers and is definitely contributing to the increase in our sales. Their customer service is also very responsive and helpful. When I needed some things changed to work with my website better they made the changes immediately and made sure I was happy with the changes. I recommend this app whole heartedly.

We tested this app for a few weeks and it was great! Ultimately, we had to go in another direction due to other aspects we require for our services that tied into our Rewards Program in a way that Growave was not enough to accomplish. We would highly recommend Growave and are sad to part ways after receiving such personable and FAST customer service. UPDATE (six days later): We switched back and are so happy we did! :)

Despite the timezone difference, Tattu was always there to answer to my questions and satisfy my requests. Probably the best customer service ever.
