I wish I could give this app 10 stars. They have been extremely helpful from day one of installing, and are very supportive. I highly recommend this application over other loyalty program apps. To have wishlists, referral programs, loyalty programs, and social logins all under one app is incredible, and honestly something I didn't expect to exist. Growave, keep doing great work!

The App has a lot of functionalities which are all very good! We now get around 5-10 reviews per day without doing anything - it's all automatic. The support is nothing less then premium. They recently helped us to sync our reviews between two different shopify shops and they were very helpful and made sure it is an easy process. Thank you for developing this App.

This app has helped me get more reviews than ever. It's a quick and easy process for our customers to share reviews and ask questions. If any issue arises, the support team responds in a timely manner and fixes anything I need without hesitation. Super great support.

I have been using this app for about a week now and so far it is working awesome. I was able to consolidate 5 apps down to 1 with this app and increase my overall features and functionality. But the best part so far has been the service. Alice reached out to me as soon as I installed to offer assistance. I needed help several times with a couple of things I wanted to do for my store. She responded almost immediately with each request and handled each one right away. She always showed a positive, can do attitude every time which I greatly appreciated. I greatly felt as if she cared about me and my store. Was very impressed with the overall customer service with this app.

Whilst I haven't had much of reaction to the wishlist or reviews. The customer service is insanely good! They helped integrate the app exactly how i wanted it to look, let me asking 135335 questions without ever making me feel like a burden. I originally had it set to $69 but unfortunately haven't had enough of a reaction to warrant that so gone back to free plan

This app works so well for us. We had to do some changes to a previously loyalty system and programmers and CSR team were so accommodating and did some minor back end work for me to make it work. The customer service is unreal good (Tattu and Alice are so amazing). Really happy with the app and the responsiveness.

I really like this app and the support is amazing. I would definitely recommend it. Tattu from the Growave team has been super helpful with integration and their developer was able to quickly resolve the starting up issues.

Simply the best review tool I've ever used on my website, it works perfectly and the setup is so easy! Better than the tool is the customer service, the team helps you with everything you need so quick as if they are part of your company. I fully recommend them :)

I've had some challenging situations mostly due to my less than full understanding of each Growave setup options. However, the kind ladies of the support team, especially, Tina & Alice, were always there and took time to help straighten things out. One of the best support team I've ever experienced. I recommend first time users to spend enough time to fully understand the system to avoid any confusion later.

I added this app to my shopify site to develop a rewards program for my customers. The wishlist has been an awesome addition as well. The number of reviews I get from purchases has increased substantially! The Growave team has been easy to work with and has accommodated just about every change or request I have had. I wish I would have found this sooner!!

I can only rate amazing. I haven't tested the app in full scale yet, since I will be launching the shop in 14days, but till now all the tests, questions, adjustments, settings, everything I needed was always answered by Growvave amazing customer support! Amazing app, it has it`s limits but customer service can help you with most of them, and also you can see that they are working on their weak spots ;-) Hopefully, the connection to ReCharge will be out soon and also you will be autorized google review app so we can get "stars" to ads ;-)

I love what this app can do, it's got a lot of good features and is easy to use. The support team is excellent and super nice to deal with.
