Growave has extremely amazing customer service. Whenever I ran into any technical difficulties, requests to implement changes, and just general advice on making sure we were taking advantage of all their features, Growave was able to go beyond to make sure we're taken care of. With all the third party apps we use, customer service and ability to resolve issues right away is essential to keep everything moving smoothly. Would highly recommend Growave.

Excellent service from the app team. They are fast to get back to your with your questions and are able to help you make small changes so the app works better for your particular store. Only downside is that you cant add birthdays to customers accounts at the till. The customer has to login on a computer and do this themselves. Otherwise, a great app.
A super useful review app recommended by my friend. When using, my website encountered some problems, and the imported reviews could not be displayed well, so I contacted their customer service, only then did I realize that they had been trying to contact me to report problems with my website. My problem has been solved very simply, and I don’t even need to do anything. They also displayed the product reviews on my homepage, thank you very much Tattu :)

Growave offers a lot of great features to help you connect with your customers and grow as a business. We are extremely happy we made switch to their platform. Only drawback is the lack of ability to customize how their widgets look on your website as well as tailoring emails (rewards, reviews, etc) to fit your brand.

The app works great but its the customer service that is award winning. I have never worked with a team so responsive with such a can do attitude. If you're not sure I'd say definitely give these guys a go and don't hesitate to reach out for questions, they do good work.

Must have All in one APP - Wishlist, Reviews, Rewards, Social Login and much more. Additional Review after few days: 1 - Bug fix resolution time is very high (More than a week) 2 - Vert poor performance of reviews widget. Reviews take more than 6 seconds to load.

This app helped us tremendously in getting reviews rolling in and now we are expanding to work on a rewards program and more. It's very easy to use and the team is very responsive and helpful and FAST.

We had a great experience with this app so far, helping us integrate a Rewards scheme, Instagram Shop, Social Login and a Reviews section. It was able to help us introduce a loyalty scheme, as well as replace at least three other apps doing the same job. The Growave team were exceptionally helpful with all my requests, and were more than happy to work with us to bring the app to exactly what our business required. We will be monitoring how the app performs, but so far we are very happy with this app and will be using it for the foreseeable future on our store.

After tried so many alternative products, finally, finally, I got what I want and it is not expensive though, with so many features integrated, Tina、Tattu and the development team, helped a lot with my website. There are a few things that need improvement, analytic-wise, the dashboard is not very intuitive and I don't see an A/B testing option available. Overall, this is a fantastic plugin, probably the best out on the market considered its all-in-one integration.

For the moment I only used Wishlist and Reviews but it's work fine. Well integrated and customer service is really good thanks to Tattu. This app is regrouping 5-6 apps in one, very useful.

Growave is fantastic and we installed it because it is so much more than a loyalty app! It's super easy to use and whenever you feel suck the customer service is phenomenal. Tina and Tattu are our go to most of the time and they are brilliant... Everyone is honestly! So nice as well to recognise who it is you're talking to, really feels like they are taking good care of you. We are recommending this app far and wide. Waiting on some cool new integration too which is a bonus!

Excellent Support & Powerful Features We use Growave for our CBD shop in Switzerland and couldn’t be happier. The app offers a robust loyalty program, referral system, and many customization options – all in one reliable platform. What truly stands out is the support team: We encountered a small issue with the rewards pop-up on mobile, and it was resolved very quickly. We are about to launch this on our official store, however, before launch we have to make sure everything works as it should. So far, Growave has been nothing but supportive in helping us. Highly recommend giving them a go. Currently the best customisable Loyalty Program on Shopify.

App was ok but had to delete because it conflicted with our slide cart drawer app and caused our mobile site to freeze up/become unusable. Once I deleted Growave our mobile site started working properly again. Probably wouldn't have been an issue if not for our slide cart drawer. I also wish they had lower tiers for paying for certain features, such as email reminders/emailing the wish list. I would pay $5-10 for that, but I didn't want to pay $30/month for additional features that we wouldn't have used.

The Growave App has been straightforward to install and configure. I really appreciate the amount of customisation that is possible, together with the usefulness and clarity of the user guides. Where issues and questions have arisen the Growave team have responded effortlessly and with speed. Such a positive experience. Highly recommend.
