I use this app mainly for the reviews, and I'm not going to lie, it took a couple of months for me to get it up and running at full functionality. But the app's customer service reps and even the developers were willing to keep working on it until it worked flawlessly. Now that it does, it does everything I wanted Yotpo to do (namely, send every customer a review request email instead of just a small number each month) but for a fraction of the price of that app (if you have a good number of sales). It also allowed me to offer reviewers a small discount, which contributed to the vast increase in reviews I've gotten with this app. Growave is excellent value for the cost.

The customer service really makes a difference with this app! I cannot speak highly enough about how prompt and helpful their team is. The app itself also suits our needs for everything loyalty, rewards, reviews, and wishlists.

This app is amazing. It covers and unites all the main features needed for comunicating easily with our clients. Regarding customer service, they helped me with all of my requests, most of them in the same day. They are great

This is the best app we've ever used. Its value for money, its performance, the customer service---everything is perfect! We've saved a lot shifting to this app, integrating several ones that limit functionality or are too expensive. I'm glad I stumbled upon Growave when we decided to upgrade our themes; it was perfect timing to get everything together. The team did a superb job, not to mention going several extra miles for us!

We used Growave to launch our wishlist functionality across 6 Shopify+ stores and was a seamless integration. The customer support was helpful and efficient and would recommend partnering with Growave!

Extremely good app with equally impressive customer support. We initially chose it based on functionality. The end result is a very elegant solution that far exceeds our initial expectations and is going to deliver a fantastic customer experience. We've also barely even scratched the surface of it's capabilities.

I've never experienced better customer service with an app! They're super responsive, speedy, accommodating and friendly. This suite of apps is already pretty easy to set up, use and integrate with existing store incentive programs, but the Growave team has really helped take it to the next level by assisting with customized design across each app. A++!

We have tried so many Apps for social login, wish list, review and reward systems but no one satisfied us before we met Growave. The unified essential apps provide rich functions and integrated very well. What's more, the support is wonderful, even if we ask our language specific requests, they accommodate our demands very quickly. We recommend the five stars App for all the online shops who would like to have enrich customer services.

The customer service is top-notch. I'm an idiot when it comes to integrations and apps. Alice, Tattu and the staff here are never too busy to answer my questions and share screenshots and how to's. The app has a lot of features I was going to get from separate apps so I was very happy to find Growave and with the customer service, this makes installing Growave the best decision I've made for my online shop. I can't say enough positive things about the service I've received. Well done!
