We've been using Growave on our online store for over three months and LOVE it. The fact that the app bundles several features together is fantastic. We have increased our sales specifically thanks to Growave, by the presence of reviews, the reward program and the emails reminders. And what about customer service: fast, efficient, friendly. WOW! Whenever I have a small problem or special request, the Growave team responds quickly and efficiently. Im just starting with a new store in Shopify and growave seems like the perfect companion/add-on and the support is really great, So far I'm really happy with what can be accomplished. Using this app for the reviews and contacting customers for review requests. The support has been perfect, you get fast responses and fast results. They're doing everything right and taking care of customers. By far the best support we've ever contacted.

The growave has given totally over delivered, we requested their assistance to instal both the review app and the wishlist app and they helped to install it in our shopify store. On top of that they assisted us with customizing the tool.

Excellent developer service to make changes so it's personalize to your shop. Quick to respond. Multiple features I was looking for all in one. Some small additional features within the apps hoping to see soon. Developers very open to suggestions and feedback. Very satisfied with the app.

I have been trying rewards app - for a while now until I finally decided to go with growave for its breath of features and the amazing support. The app integrates nicely with my POS as well as online shop. Did I say the support has been top notch? Highly recommended.

I was getting frustrated with one of my app and when I was searching for another one I saw Growave. I started to read the description and saw they were doing Rewards, Referral, Loyalty, Wishlist, Reviews, Pop Up and much more. I was like : Wait what ? Then I looked at all my apps and added the amount I was paying and then I realized I was saving by paying one app for all my apps. So I decided to give it a try especially with their promotion going on with Covid 19, I mean this is such a good deal and I will make sure to stay so I can keep this price. As soon as I started I had right away a very well organized "onboard process". It was so well done that it inspired me in so many levels to use same strategy for my own business. It was so easy to install and when I had something I was not sure of or simply wanted to go to bed but wanted to have my app moving forward the team was doing it for me so when I was back on my computer it was done ! I am not sure how long this app has been available on Shopify but it is so well done, so customer oriented and sale oriented!! This is the BEST app I downloaded so far, hands down! If you read this review, jump on their deal you get a very high level of app for half price!! Don't let this price go away and get something positive out of this creepy COVID 19!

I used this app to add the wishlist and social login feature for the timebeing and the process has been so so smooth! Can't speak to how well the feature is performing because we've just installed it but their customer service has been exceptional. With no coding background we sometimes struggle with integrations but this team could resolve most of our issues except the layout which we had to get an external developer to do for us. Overall extremely pleased with their service :)

The app provides so many useful features in one area. I like that I have a single developer to work with, rather than 5 for the same functions. Also, the support is simply amazing. Any request I had they did. All the apps function and now look like a part of our site, rather than add-ons. Can't say enough about the team behind this app. 5 stars all the way.

The service of this company is amazing. They help you setup everything you want and the customer service is so good. The app itself is extraordany. It does everything you need from reward program to reviews automation and more! Would recommend this app to every shop!

Amazing customer service, asked for some help deploying their solution which was completed quickly. On checking there were a couple of areas I wanted modifying so it fitted in with my theme better and these were done within 24 hours. Look forward to working with Growave

I'm preparing to redirect my old site on to shopify and wanted to quickly integrated many features for my customers without having to install 5 different apps. Growave helped me customize the site to my exact needs. I would say they offer excellent value and great customer service, most importantly the dev team did an incredible job implementing my requests with no extra costs.
