Excellent app and even more excellent service! The app itself is quite easy to set up and use. There are plenty of customisation options to choose from when it comes to visuals and loyalty/rewards. All the necessary features that one would expect from such an app are there. The app's customer support is nothing short of outstanding. The team is knowledgeable, efficient and polite. They quickly responded to all of our emails, provided detailed information to our queries and ensured that the installation, testing and implementation of the app was as smooth as possible. Special shout out to Tattu, Tina and Eladr from their team-they went above and beyond to make sure that the app was running properly. Keep up the excellent work!

Growave is fantastic and we installed it because it is so much more than a loyalty app! It's super easy to use and whenever you feel suck the customer service is phenomenal. Tina and Tattu are our go to most of the time and they are brilliant... Everyone is honestly! So nice as well to recognise who it is you're talking to, really feels like they are taking good care of you. We are recommending this app far and wide. Waiting on some cool new integration too which is a bonus!

Growave is a great all-in-one customer loyalty app. It's easy to use and the customer service is legit the best I've ever experienced! Tattu is exceptional in answering any questions I have and fixing any issues I come across. 10/10 recommend.

I've tried Social login and wishlist it is very good and fast .. I am still testing the other features.. but to be honest, Growave's support team is one of the best support teams in Shopify (especially Tattu). Strongly recommended.. keep it up guys

This app contains a lot of features that are necessary for an EC site. It is effective in increasing customer loyalty. The support from the developer is also very good.

This app is absolutely amazing!! :) The team is so responsive, very patient, and super helpful! Every time we had questions or needed to make adjustments to the app, the team always helped us with those changes within 24 hours of sending in a request. They helped us personalize each feature exactly as we liked it, so we're very grateful! We love every feature this app offers and this has definitely helped to elevate our website! The price is extremely affordable as well. Definitely recommend this app to every small business! :)

We use this app for collecting and providing customer reviews as well as for the wishlist feature! It works great for both and we look forward to exploring the other features as our business grows. Out of so many apps that I tested, growave is the best in terms of aesthetics, functionality and the most important of all, excellent customer support! We are about to launch this on our official store, however, before launch we have to make sure everything works as it should. So far, Growave has been nothing but supportive in helping us. Highly recommend giving them a go. Currently the best customisable Loyalty Program on Shopify.

App was ok but had to delete because it conflicted with our slide cart drawer app and caused our mobile site to freeze up/become unusable. Once I deleted Growave our mobile site started working properly again. Probably wouldn't have been an issue if not for our slide cart drawer. I also wish they had lower tiers for paying for certain features, such as email reminders/emailing the wish list. I would pay $5-10 for that, but I didn't want to pay $30/month for additional features that we wouldn't have used.
