The team at Social Shop Wave have been amazing. They have allowed us to combine several Apps in to one App. At first, I thought the App was priced higher than a lot of Apps but now I believe it is definitely worth the money. The exceptional customer service I have received from Nurila and the team has been amazing. I cannot fault them. The problem I find with a lot of Apps is that customers can tell that it doesn't quite fit with the website. The team have been amazing at making the small customisations so everything looks seamless. I highly recommend this App and I am looking forward to a long collaboration with the team and further utilization of what their Apps provides to enhance my customer experience. The plugin is really useful and works well :) I wanted to change something and send them an email. I got a reply almost instantly with my issue being fixed by their team.

Exactly what I needed! Visitors to my website can now create accounts and wishlist as well as see reviews! Tattu from customer service was very nice and responsive as well! Definitely recommend!

You don't know what you're missing. This app has it all you need. My team and I were struggling to find good app for my customers to leave reviews and give them points, and we are absolutely happy with our decision to go with this app. Plus, customer care and support fro the team is AMAZING!!! Quick response and done! No issue at all. I'd give 10stars if they allow me to. You won't be disappointed what so ever!

They are by far the best company I have ever worked with. They definitely knowthe coding of Their product. I worked with others on different things and they had now idea how things they made were coded. They made any issues go away very fast. Very Happy with them.

I used this app to integrate my Etsy reviews onto my Shopify site--a huge help give real user feedback on my products. Reviews always add value and a level of trust when I'm shopping online so I was happy to integrate this into my shop. Customer service was top notch--quick responses to my questions and super helpful to get me setup. Highly recommend.

Most Up to Date Review: after expressing my frustration to their customer service team about their latest update, they took my comments seriously and worked over a few days to make the necessary changes to return functionalities to the way they were before. I am very pleased so far with things right now and glad that they were willing to fix things and make it right. I am back to loving the app and I give my congratulations to their support and technical team. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated Review: they decided to make changes to their functionality without asking anyone making their rewards program useless. Now, if you want to exclude a few people, as little as one person, from their reward program, you have to hide the rewards tab from ALL of your customers and they will only see it if they are loged in. Which makes NO SENSE since how else will they find out about the rewards program if they are new to your store? This was never like that before, they changed this because a few people complained, and instead of finding a good solution they found a terrible one, they warned no-one about the change and created confusion for thousands of customers. I lost sales due to this, and I am now being forced to give rewards to previously excluded categories just so that my rewards tab can be visible without having to log in. I gave them more than enough time to solve this and the only solution they suggested was completely not user friendly, impractical and not worth keeping the app. BE AWARE, this app is no longer the great app it used to be. I sure hope eventually they realize the huge mistake they made and change it... but it might be too late by then. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PREVIOUS REVIEW: By far this is the app I have received the best support with so far. They have answer to my every question fast, and have made changes to the app to fit my needs. Honestly great support team and amazing app!

The app had to be adapted for our shop a bit, after a short message to the support this was done immediately. We can only say great service. The app itself is used for a wish list and for registration via the social media channels.

It was the BEST Decision i could have made. These people respond so quickly, their service is free and if you want more features you can upgrade as your business grows! This is legitimately the best decision you can make when you're starting a website or trying to grow an already great one into something bigger. Did i mention they set it all up for you for FREE as well? They will put your wishlist up, add everything you need to have it fully functional and that goes for the Reviews features as well!
