We use this app mainly for the reviews. It helps customers decide to buy each product, and it helps our SEO. The best part about this app though is their quick-responding, competent, helpful customer service! Thank you SocialShopWave! We've seen an increase in checkout since implementing your app.

We are just launching on Shopify, and Kalys and Tattu and the team were super helpful in getting the app set up on our site. The app has so many amazing features that integrate into our site, gnr8.jp, perfectly! To be honest, we just wanted to launch ASAP so we haven't even integrated all of the features yet, but the deeper I go into this app the more impressed I am! The customer service is amazing, do you guys ever sleep? I look forward to using all the benefits of this app and growing the business together with the Socialshopwave team. Thanks so much for your help!

I added those features from different app, and my site looks a bit messy. Other apps sum up cost much more than this one, and usually have hidden fee. Their support is very good and timely. Highly recommend. Try it.

Been using for around 2 weeks now and it’s rapidly increased the engagement between my site and the shoppers through reviews and comments. I also now have around 20% logins/signup rate which is a massive increase. It’s fairly expensive but you get a lot for your money and since I’m a start up it’s half price.

Amazing integrations that will help any site build it's presence on social media, engage customers, and help sell more products. SocialShopWaves support has been extremely helpful and responsive in setting up a seamless experiences for my users. Def worth every penny!

SocialShopWave is a great app with so many helpful features. Their support is phenomenal! There is a bit of a time zone delay, but you can always count on them to get back to you with a solution right away. Highly recommended! Updating in 2025 to say that Growave has continued to be a great app for us over the years. They have gotten even better as they have grown. The support team is now able to get back to us more quickly despite the time difference and still provides the same great service. Still highly recommended!

This app is the best value app I've used in the Shopify app store hands down. Their dev team knows what they're doing as it adds a ton of functionality without bogging your site down like every other big social plugin. They're also very affordable. I have really enjoyed the features of this app - as it seems to be a one stop shop and many apps in one! We use the wishlist function, social sharing, shoppable instagram and reviews (but there are other functions too which we don't yet use!) and we are really happy with how it all works on our store www.screampretty.com Customer service has been AMAZING - they worked around us as their app was conflicting with a wholesale pricing app (and pulling in wholesale prices to our sharing profiles and wishlist) and fixed the issue for us. We were so impressed with their service, and functionality that when Shopify asked us to be in their blog - we recommended them wholeheartedly. Thanks Kalys!!!

This app has so many additional features than my old reviews app and at the same price. I can now do wish lists, blog comments, and so much more. In addition the customer service is extraordinary!!! They help set up everything for you, are fast, and so kind. I am so glad I made the switch, I just wish I would have done it sooner.

Awesome app, awesome support! We have been using SocialShopWave for a few months and are very happy. When migrating our site from another platform we can across this app and transitioned away from the competitor that is much more expensive and only offers a fraction of the functionality. The SocialShopWave is more like 11 apps in one and is a terrific value. Equally important the Support Team has been five star. They always respond promptly and implement solutions quickly. I highly recommend.

Definitely easy to use and conveniently (and seamlessly) add on a wish list and social log in to the site. Support is exceptional and managed to get real responses and assitance barely seconds of raising my ticket.

Wonderful customer service!! All Social media services under one roof and you dont need to go anywhere. Initially when i installed the app i was confused how to works as i am newbie to shopify apps. I connected the developer via chat and they explained me every single step to activate all app services and it was very smooth working with them. Thank you @Kalys for developing such a good app and highly recommended!!
