Full featured app for handling many things to help with social marketing. Support is amazing! They have gone above and beyond in helping us integrate SocialShopWave with our new store so that it works just as intended. It's a little pricey for smaller stores on a budget, but if you use separate apps to achieve all of things things it can do you would be spending pretty close to the same.

Really I loved it! I'm not a developer but not affected me at all this! The support team helped me immediately, in just one hour they did everything that I need, I asked what I replied immediately for any questions and generally have the best support team i've ever contact!

Eldar and his team have been courteous and prompt in setting up SSW. They answer our questions completely and we've yet to touch any code to make the apps work and look good in our site. We are expanding our use of SSW daily and expect to build-out an online community dedicated to our niche market. There's only ONE APP that offers that solution: Social Shop Wave. SocialShopWave is an excellent, richly featured, app that I cannot recommend more highly. We use it on both our Shopify stores with great results. Moreover, the support team is the best I have come across for any Shopify app. They did a great job of integrating the app on our sites, making minor UI tweaks as requested, and are always available to answer questions. Don't hesitate.

For us, one of the reasons to recommend this fantastic app is that it is under ACTIVE, PROMISING development. Almost every month you can see there's something new in this app, and the whole interface is gradually improving. If you're considering using apps / plugins in your Shopify site, it is important to make sure you can get high-quality support from the developers. In our experience, we get the responses from Socialshopwave very quickly, and problems usually get fixed within days, even hours. Their customer service is really gorgeous, and can't be better. Without their timely support, it's nearly impossible for us to make futher customizations. We really appreciate and think of it as a pleasure to see the developers keep making this feature-rich app more and more robust :)

The app is very powerful, worth the price. You can get almost all features in 1 app. One of the best function in the app we like is customer able to add photo review. And there is community feature for your customer to do discussion. Beside that, they are very supportive, reply very prompt, and mostly, not calculative! Not like other, will charge you every time you need help, even though it's small job and related to the app. Almost all job request can be done within a day! Keep up the good work!

We have been searching for wishlist functionality for some time and have tried and removed a few different apps - Social Shop Wave is definitely the best of the bunch and fits seamlessly into our theme. The support provided from the team is 1st class and they have helped with numerous little tweaks and installations. I would definitely recommend

I was skeptical but the features are nicer than the other apps and the social login is great. took a bit to set up but the support was GREAT! ity like the did everything and didnt push to sell me more or anything just made sure everything was tweaked and going well. NICE PEOPLE and great product
