Most Up to Date Review: after expressing my frustration to their customer service team about their latest update, they took my comments seriously and worked over a few days to make the necessary changes to return functionalities to the way they were before. I am very pleased so far with things right now and glad that they were willing to fix things and make it right. I am back to loving the app and I give my congratulations to their support and technical team. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated Review: they decided to make changes to their functionality without asking anyone making their rewards program useless. Now, if you want to exclude a few people, as little as one person, from their reward program, you have to hide the rewards tab from ALL of your customers and they will only see it if they are loged in. Which makes NO SENSE since how else will they find out about the rewards program if they are new to your store? This was never like that before, they changed this because a few people complained, and instead of finding a good solution they found a terrible one, they warned no-one about the change and created confusion for thousands of customers. I lost sales due to this, and I am now being forced to give rewards to previously excluded categories just so that my rewards tab can be visible without having to log in. I gave them more than enough time to solve this and the only solution they suggested was completely not user friendly, impractical and not worth keeping the app. BE AWARE, this app is no longer the great app it used to be. I sure hope eventually they realize the huge mistake they made and change it... but it might be too late by then. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PREVIOUS REVIEW: By far this is the app I have received the best support with so far. They have answer to my every question fast, and have made changes to the app to fit my needs. Honestly great support team and amazing app!

The app had to be adapted for our shop a bit, after a short message to the support this was done immediately. We can only say great service. The app itself is used for a wish list and for registration via the social media channels.

It was the BEST Decision i could have made. These people respond so quickly, their service is free and if you want more features you can upgrade as your business grows! This is legitimately the best decision you can make when you're starting a website or trying to grow an already great one into something bigger. Did i mention they set it all up for you for FREE as well? They will put your wishlist up, add everything you need to have it fully functional and that goes for the Reviews features as well! This APP is a MUST! Thank you SocialShopWave.

I wanted to give an update since my original review was about 5-6 months old. Shopwave is the best! They go above and beyond on EVERYTHING. Please go check them out - you won't regret it! I just got this app a few days ago and I love the difference it has made to my new website. I love the features: wishlist, reviews and that they do EVERYTHING! They sent me an email, asked what was important to me & what I wanted on my site, I woke up the next morning and it was done. I chose this app above the other ones because of all the reviews stating how great their customer service is, and it is great! I highly recommend using this app.

We are just launching on Shopify, and Kalys and Tattu and the team were super helpful in getting the app set up on our site. The app has so many amazing features that integrate into our site, gnr8.jp, perfectly! To be honest, we just wanted to launch ASAP so we haven't even integrated all of the features yet, but the deeper I go into this app the more impressed I am! The customer service is amazing, do you guys ever sleep? I look forward to using all the benefits of this app and growing the business together with the Socialshopwave team. I added those features from different app, and my site looks a bit messy. Other apps sum up cost much more than this one, and usually have hidden fee. Their support is very good and timely. Highly recommend. Try it.

Been using for around 2 weeks now and it’s rapidly increased the engagement between my site and the shoppers through reviews and comments. I also now have around 20% logins/signup rate which is a massive increase. It’s fairly expensive but you get a lot for your money and since I’m a start up it’s half price.

SocialShopWave is a great app with so many helpful features. Their support is phenomenal! There is a bit of a time zone delay, but you can always count on them to get back to you with a solution right away. Highly recommended! Updating in 2025 to say that Growave has continued to be a great app for us over the years. They have gotten even better as they have grown. The support team is now able to get back to us more quickly despite the time difference and still provides the same great service. Still highly recommended!

Their dev team knows what they're doing as it adds a ton of functionality without bogging your site down like every other big social plugin. They're also very affordable. I have really enjoyed the features of this app - as it seems to be a one stop shop and many apps in one! We use the wishlist function, social sharing, shoppable instagram and reviews (but there are other functions too which we don't yet use!) and we are really happy with how it all works on our store www.screampretty.com Customer service has been AMAZING - they worked around us as their app was conflicting with a wholesale pricing app (and pulling in wholesale prices to our sharing profiles and wishlist) and fixed the issue for us. We were so impressed with their service, and functionality that when Shopify asked us to be in their blog - we recommended them wholeheartedly. Thanks Kalys!!!

This app has so many additional features than my old reviews app and at the same price. I can now do wish lists, blog comments, and so much more. In addition the customer service is extraordinary!!! They help set up everything for you, are fast, and so kind. I am so glad I made the switch, I just wish I would have done it sooner.
