I had a change request with the "review app", so reached to the support. I was so surprised how quickly they responded. They accommodated my request on the spot and got that online immediately. Very helpful support. I'd absolutely recommend it to others.

I just installed SocialShopWave and it looks very cool and brought "Social" look and feel to my store instantly. I still need to study how do make use of some features. Thanks to the nice documentation it is relatively straightforward. I have asked MANY questions and SocialShopWave support always replied and helped me solve the problems immediately. They truly pay attention to how users feel and what users need. It has been a very pleasant experience working with SSW. I highly recommend SSW to anyone who is looking for good apps for Wishlist, Reviews and Social. SSW has all of them and the support is top notch.

The service is outstanding!! Very quick and responsive. I needed a minor customization and they did it in a matter of minutes after my request. Attentive, responsive, and accurate! 5 stars + 2 thumbs up!!!

Customer Service for this app is above and beyond. The app itself is great too. Basically a bundle of useful apps in 1 without the steep cost of having to get each one individually.

Before we even mention the amazing app i wanted to talk about the customer support. One word - AMAZING! the best we have seen on the app store in the 3 years we have been with Shopify. Any emails or customisations have been completed within hours, and in most cases within minutes. Absolutely first class support. For instance we asked if it was possible to have the social sharing app linked to a particular collection so we can do special promotions, no problem feature was added over this weekend to our store free of charge. It also looks like this feature will possible be added to their app in the future to! The apps inside social shop wave are also fantastic and we are yet to try everything out to its full potential (we're busy re-writing product descriptions and updating SEO) but its clear this app has a lot to offer. Our customers are starting to use the social sharing feature making management of our store easier and allowing us to focus on our own customer service. We've not even tried the ratings app yet and a few other elements but can't wait too. Eldar and his team are great, as are the features in the app. A very happy customer.

good app, a little daunting to get around first, but once you figure it out, its all good! just sits in the background and works. support is quick and responsive as well. Cant ask for more :-)

Our site isn't live as yet but this is a simple, fuss-free, fun app that really does make a lot of your work simpler when it comes to login, sharing, wishlists, etc. It's an all-round app and we do recommend it! Eldar's service is SUPER QUICK and SUPERB QUALITY. Thank, Eldar - will be pestering you for some more customization today though... :D

This app works very well and the support has been excellent. We had some special requests for integrations with our website and the Social Shop Wave team was able to make it happen.
