The customer service for this app is AMAZING. We have tweaked a few aesthetic things and Eldar has been such a breeze to co-ordinate with. Always gets back to us very quickly and I love the functionality of the wishlist and reviews. Great app for a great price.

Great app, better company and customer service! I was looking for an affordable and simple referral program to launch on my site; one that wasn't points or rewards based, but simply offered a discount code in exchange for social sharing. You'd be surprised at how difficult that is to find in the Shopify app store. SSW was 95% of the way there for what I needed. So I reached out to their team and asked if they could make a few modifications to the code to get me to 100%. The founder himself got back to me and made the needed changes within 24 hours! It's now up and running and looking good. I'm excited to explore the other apps that SSW offers going forward as well.

This is a great app with so many simple but important functions. I'm not a tech expert, just happen to have a website and the support has been absolutely fabulous! Courteous, fast, kind and always beyond helpful. I have found most of the app support through Shopify has been good but Alder has been above and beyond even the good ones.

The team from SocialShopWave has been very helpful since we installed the app, we have many questions and needs on customization and they answered all our questions SUPER fast, most of the time within half hour or even just few minutes (if your questions were sent during their office hours), and all the customization work are done in light speed. The idea of having social login, review, instagram, wishlist, comment, etc all in one is such a great idea! As you are sure they are compatible with each other and you only need to keep one email and you have support of everything! We have tried different apps before and it was a hassle to communicate between different app developer when the app are not compatible with each other. But this app totally have this problem solved! The design is very clean, but you can always ask Eldar for any customization if you need! He is very polite and helpful! (we have been bothering him for quite a while during the trial period) Hope you guys can keep up the great work and excellent customer service! I am looking forward for more app develop by this company :)

Love this app! It works perfectly and have so many great features built into one app. We primarily use the Review, Social Sharing and Autoresponder functionality, but are planning to integrate more of the features in the future. Would recommend this app for anybody that looks for extra features for their shop to boost sales and Social engagement for customer retention.

A really good app - looks good and works like a charm :). The same applies to support - Eldar has been really helpful and fast to answer. Highly recommended!

Eldar was amazing to work with! Super responsive and extremely accommodating to all our requests to integrate the app seamlessly into our website's design. Although there were some limitations, we were able to get it to a place we are very happy with.

Extremely helpful customer support!! They ensured that everything was working properly on my site, and even went above to recommend additional features that they could add for me. I'm sure having customer reviews on our site now is going to give us a boost in sales!

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, Eldar and team @ SocialShopWave have earned about 10 stars. Don't waste your time with other "similar" apps. Over-the-top amazing support.

We were looking for free apps to help us with social management. But after installation realized that the app was much more powerful than we needed. I uninstalled incorrectly which left a lot of files behind in our theme. We contacted the developer who brought to our attention a "clean" uninstall button which worked perfectly. I appreciated the quick and helpful response. If we feel that we need the app in the future we would certainly give it another try.

This is a truly wonderful app. We've used it for several months now and it is really an asset to our store. The customer service is A++. I highly recommend. Every store should have a wishlist as well as the option to log in with Facebook. It makes it so much easier for the customers.

Edit: 9 years on and we're still happy with the constant development and excellent customer service. It's been such a pleasure integrating SSW in our new website. There are so many great features here that we'd have to use four or five other apps to get the same results. And there's a few features that you can't even find in other apps at all. SSW is such an amazing social toybox, that we will be rolling out the features gradually and build a marketing campaign around them! SSW will be the first app I install on all future websites. I've had to get in touch and ask for support from many app developers over the last two months and no one was nearly as responsive and supportive as Eldar and his team! And our SSW account is still on trial and haven't paid them a single penny yet. Incredibly caring and attentive customer care and tech support. I don't even think I ever got a negative response on any of my crazy requests - the closest Eldar came to "no, sorry" was "no, sorry... not right now but we're working on this feature and we'll be launching it very soon". And he has kept his word, with new features launching while we are still setting up. Social Shop Wave has a great ecosystem of useful apps bundled in one and some of the best customer care I have encountered. Keep up the good work guys, you're onto something special.

I have used a long list of Shopify apps for a very long time on many different projects. I can honestly say that first of all this is one of the best and valuable apps out there, specifically in the social and marketing niche. Second, but even more important, is the support. The company stands behind their app 100% and works tirelessly to resolve all issues in a extremely prompt manner. I know the shop I am working on at the moment has a very specific custom setup with metafields, etc... Needless to say the app (or any other app) do not work straight out of the box. However, SocialShopWave guys worked around the clock to fix ALL of my obsessive requests - big thanks to the support team! App developers should take notice and learn for these guys. Did I mention, that all of the support was free? Thanks again!

Very Promising app and good concept. I am rating this app 5 stars. Hope more updates come on its way. Anton has provided us with excellent costumer service via email. Hope one they they can have phone support as well as we have not seen any phone number yet to contact them. My feed back is we need to see on the dash board who is the latest member who joined our community and what they looked at a glance on the dash board. otherwise use this app is the best app I have so far seen that works with eCommerce stores.
