We’ve been using Growave at Termatree and are genuinely impressed with the quality of their customer support. Recently, we reached out with a request to enable a specific feature. Not only did the support team respond promptly, but they also took the time to understand our use case and went above and beyond. Bloom, in particular, was exceptionally helpful, professional, and thoughtful in responses. It’s rare to come across a team that combines such responsiveness with genuine care for their customers' needs. Absolutely amazing experience so far – especially thanks to Begi! She helped me set up and fully customize the loyalty program in my own language, answered every question in record time, and made onboarding feel effortless. In under 10 days, I’ve already received 100+ positive reviews and have over 150,000 loyalty points pending – can’t wait to see these customers return and redeem. The real results are coming in the next 1–2 months, but for now – 10/10 for the support and functionality. Highly recommend.

A great tool for motivating our customers to buy. It also encourages them to leave lots of product reviews with photos. The API allows for effective analysis of activity and actual earnings. (if you have the big plan, use it !!! ) Customer service is also very responsive.
