The FAQ page looks good and functions well. When I contacted support to ask for a few alterations with the padding and appearance they were very fast to help out and charged nothing for doing so. Thank you.

you have to click too many times to see the answers to the faq / unnecessary sub section! other than thats it's fine and looks okay.

It is a very functional app to help with writing your FAQ section 'Quickly'! As soon as you link it to your store, instead of writing a FAQ "by hand" through the Page screen, this app can literally "do it for you"--pre-formatted, perfectly sectionalized, and all. Once you type and save, it's updated on your store nice and easy! Highly recommend Help Center for your stores.

Super app, does well the job. Can anyone let me know where I could in the code update the style of the page created by HelpCenter ? For instance I would like to modify the code to show smaller title. Thanks !
Hi Adapto! Thank you for using our app and it's great that you enjoy using it! :) Speaking about the style edits, you can do this by addressing the Helpcenter page from a main liquid file. In most cases it is theme.scss.liquid. I'm pasting the code below which addresses all fonts sizes, but you can leave only H1 line to edit the main title. .s4com-helpcenter .s4com-space-bottom h1 { font-size: 20px; } .s4com-helpcenter .s4com-space-bottom h2 { font-size: 20px; } .s4com-helpcenter .s4com-space-bottom h3 { font-size: 20px; } .s4com-helpcenter .s4com-space-bottom h4 { font-size: 15px; } .s4com-helpcenter .s4com-space-bottom p, .s4com-helpcenter .s4com-space-bottom span { font-size: 15px!important; }

I was able to install this app and get our FAQ page up in less than 7 minutes total (I timed). I had one issue with our theme acting funny with the collapsing headers, but I reached out to support and they were very responsive and got the problem fixed in no time at all. Very happy with this app. And let's face it, the price is hard to beat!

cannot customize the font and the theme i mean the page style i hope this app will improve so i can use it nicely
Hello, GoldenPawsStore, Thanks for your feedback! In Help Center's Settings part, Style section there is a possibility to choose fonts of: FAQ page category, sections and articles. Also in the same Style section you can choose colours of FAQ texts, titles of sections, articles, links, buttons, also - background colour. The app has some design limitations, but for a free service it's excellent! I would highly recommend for young businesses looking for an affordable option.

This was the second FAQ app I tried for my site, and it's far better than the first. So many key features offered for free. It has everything I needed to create a dynamic and easy to use FAQ page. And customer service was quick, easy and friendly.

Great app. Love being able to build a great looking FAQ page and have the ability to make multiple trees and have built-in searching for just the FAQ page. I would highly recommend this app to any store.

This app creates fantastically looking FAQ pages, couldn't ask for more in terms on looks, only problem making it a 4 star instead of 5 star is that Sales Pop app glitches out when on the FAQ page, it no longer days how many people bought a certain product, it changes to "0 customers added to the card {random number here}

Really easy and intuitive to use. Very glad it's free! It would be nice to have a bit of animation when you click a section and it drops down. I would like the chevron to rotate, and for the content to slide down to reveal. Also there is no custom CSS as far as I can tell.
