Really easy and intuitive to use. Very glad it's free! It would be nice to have a bit of animation when you click a section and it drops down. I would like the chevron to rotate, and for the content to slide down to reveal. Also there is no custom CSS as far as I can tell.

Easy to make a FAQ page. The only thing it's missing is the meta description. It would get 5 stars otherwise

I used this app to fill out my FAQ page. It is integrated well, but I will I had a little more control over the look on my page. I will have to see if I can tweak from within Shopify.

This app looks pretty barebones when you first install it. But i actually like it that way. It gives me the freedom to style my page a little different from what everyone else has. Whatever issues I ran into after my initial setup were solved promptly when I reached out to support. We all know support makes all the difference ;) The reason I removed a star is because sometimes I will be typing an article for the FAQ and i will save it. But then when I check my page my changes are gone. I open the editor again, and I have to retype it. This happens every now and then, but it's REALLY annoying! I had to type the same article like 6 times the other night. For the record, this was on tablet. There are some things I would like to see, like adding a text block above my FAQ Q&A's or auto-collapsing sections or articles when you open a new one. But I know you're working on it. Thanks guys!

for a great app, the sudden switch to asking us to pay for features that were previously available and DRASTICALLY cutting the number of FAQ articles that were available on the free plan for a ridiculous amount of money is daylight robbery. If I didn't have that many articles that I spent money on, I wouldn't have continued with this. but seems i have no choice.

The app isnt performing well, the font does not align with my theme setting and there's no way to fix it. It looks weird on the site. Updated:The problem was fixed. They contacted me and helped fix the issue quickly. Look nice on my site now!

HelpCenter is probably one of the best apps for generating your FAQ page. I've been using it since Day 1, and I really like how it behaves. It doesn't give you much ability of customizing it, but if you are good a bit with CSS, you can figure your way around it. Help Center app is extremely easy to use and would definitely recommend it. Unfortunately there is some glitches like reporting some errors when you want to save and you need to refresh page in order for changes to apply so that's why am giving 4 stars but other than that it is an awesome app

I use helpcenter to make my Frequently asked questions page, it works well, very easy to use. Don`t expect any fancy features. Its simple but it works!

Almost perfect. It would have been nice if we could select the font and styling of the questions. Another amazing option would be to select pixel width. It does not quite match my theme.

The only downside is that the section rows cannot be moved up or down. Would really benefit from that. Also, would be great if font size and style could be changed. Otherwise, works well!

It's a good app. Easy to use and implement and integrates well with my store. I would have prefered a few FAQ ideas/templates to help me create a better FAQ page, but other than that I would absolutely recommend it. www.the-haggler.com

Great app - really easy to add to the store. It would be great if there were more customisation options for the format. If I could give 4.5 I would. See it on our store hfhops.co.uk

Really easy to use and a great setup. Only constructive criticism is that I wish you could re-order the main subjects. On my last update you could still only re-order the sub-sections, and any new main sections you have to add to the end. RARR Sportswear www.rarr.com

I have given this app 4 stars. I would have given it 5 stars if I had a bit more control with the Page Title and the option to add a page image. Other than that it works fine.
