We've set up Help Center and it looks absolutely stunning, we have encountered few issues but the support team fixed all issues super fast! Strongly recommend

Amazing app! It's so great my customers can search my FAQs now. I don't know why someone said it's unattractive. This interface is user-friendly. You pay about 4 dollars a month, and you can create good faq pages with several languages.

Had an issue with the app and how it was loading on the website, but the support team got back to me immediately and was able to solve the issue quickly. Very much appreciate the speedy support!

Update: Their customer service continues to be outstanding. Just resolved another issue - thanks!!! ********************************************************************************** I must say this app and especially their customer service did blow me away. I initially signed up for the free plan and had a couple of support requests/customization questions regarding my theme & colors to be used for the different controls, labels, etc. Honestly I wasn't expecting immediate support and actually fixing the color theme on behalf of me but their support did it anyway to my complete & fullest satisfaction. They were super fast, very professional - even that I was only on their free plan.... Today I decided to go with one of their paid plans, because I think it is worth the money and especially as they really care about their customers. I definitely can recommend their app and especially their support/customer service - THANKS!!!

Everyone, this is a fantastic app - easy to use, look great, definitely recommended! Even the free version is great - but of course you get a lot of additional useful features when you get the paid version.

Was able to get started with a beautiful FAQ page in less than 5 minutes. I was able to customize it with my businesses colors.

Find the app straightforward and very easy to use! The interface also looks great with a few nice looking templates.

Super app! I got FAQ builder and Ticketing service in one place. Amazing guys! And the pricing is just very good! Strongly recommend for all merchants who wants to have all customer support in one place!

Outstanding value and great support. Makes it very easy to create an easy to navigate help center. Has already cut down on our customer service calls. Super quick to give help with styling if needed, My only gripe is that I wish I could create multiple "help centers" as it would be perfect for putting FAQ's on product pages specific only to that product. The SEO benefits would be nice as well.
