Every online business should have something like an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page. It's often the 'Front Line' of your Customer Support effort. With a good 'Help Center' most customer concerns can be handled even before they reach you personally. The HelpCenter app lets you set up a fully customizable set of Questions and Answers, which can be added to your Shopify store, for example as an FAQ page. I find the HelpCenter App very easy to understand and to use, so I can recommend it to every Shopify user. I notice that a reviewer reported that the HelpCenter app Contact Button didn't work. I just tested mine and it sent me an instant email with no problems. _jim coe for 'ART HEAD START'

I was looking for an easy way to create a decent looking FAQ page and this app worked perfectly. Not to mention it's free. All those paid apps can add up quickly so it's nice to have some neat features for free.

Really great app, easy to set up. Only hard part is writing all the FAQ questions / answers, but that's my laziness, not theirs.
