this is really a great app. It's free and so easy to navigate. One of the MUS-HAVE-APP on your site. It comes with a contract form as well. Thank you so much for giving a free app for people like us who just starting up!

Our company uses HelpCenter for our store's FAQ page. Their app is very easy to use and it looks very professional! We've never had any issues with the app, and it meets all of our FAQ page needs. Excellent app. I've been meaning to install something like this for a while, but didn't realise there were any free ones around. A feature I would like to see would be extra formatting options (extra fonts/sizes/colours/layout designs, etc) But considering it's free, I have no complaints!

The best help center that we have used. It is very attractive and simple to setup with no strings or hidden fees attached. There is also no personal advertising they place in the help center. If you want to answer customer's questions, definitely use this!
