Really great app, easy to set up. Only hard part is writing all the FAQ questions / answers, but that's my laziness, not theirs.

this is really a great app. It's free and so easy to navigate. One of the MUS-HAVE-APP on your site. It comes with a contract form as well. Thank you so much for giving a free app for people like us who just starting up!

Our company uses HelpCenter for our store's FAQ page. Their app is very easy to use and it looks very professional! We've never had any issues with the app, and it meets all of our FAQ page needs. Good system to start with, I am still playing around. This is my first time using the program! it is not too difficult for a beginner, editing my review later when i find out more

Very simple and easy to use. Will sync to your site's theme which you don't always see in apps like this.

A really neat app, but the "Contact" button doesn't work and freezes the entire page. In turn, the support team is absolutely useless. Keep getting a "it is a free app and our developers are focused on paid apps" reply. Shame..
