Our small (5 employees) company switched from Hubspot to Gorgias about two months ago and we're very satisfied. Our customer service rep is absolutely thrilled with how easy to use and intuitive Gorgias is. The integration with Shopify was seamless and far more helpful than what we received from Hubspot. I especially love having the customers' entire purchase/contact history right next to their message - it makes it far easier to prioritize VIP customers!! We had one issue last month and unfortunately had to wait over an hour for assistance (hence the four stars), but I was assured it was due to a high number of tickets that day.
On behalf of everyone at Gorgias, we'd like to thank you for taking the time to review the service you're receiving and for choosing us in the first place. We truly cherish it. We'll do our best to keep up that way and strive to become even better (and quicker) so that we can get that 5th ⭐️ from you and your team.

Easy to use and excellent customer service! Have had some issues, but customer service is fairly quick to respond and always provide a helpful answer.

The support team were very helpful and patient with my queries. Although they were unable to help with my problem, it was quickly referred to a technical team member.

I use Gorgias everyday and it helps me manage my work and tasks so much. The Gorgias Team as super helpful and are always so quick to respond. Highly recommend.

I use Gorgias for my eCommerce Customer Support and love it. Very simple to use and saves me so much time having all of my customer information in one place. Backed by a very friendly and helpful support team. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and onboarding process. If there aren't any direct integrations they'll generally help you create a system that solves the issue.

The helpdesk is very fast with replies, and always help with any problems I have. If the agent is not able to fix the issue, they pass it over to those who can and always help in a timely manner. Thank you!

I rarely require customer service as most information is easy to find and use, which is why I generally enjoy using Gorgias. What interaction we do have is always quick and efficient, however.

Service was quick and was able to get this issue solved promptly! It was nice that they provided photos, but I did notice that their settings looked different from ours, so that did make it a little confusing since we did not have the same options available. However, they were still able to get us to the right spot.

Great customer service. Some app partners we have are very dismissive when I reach out to them, but Gorgias always goes above and beyond to make sure there is clarity and that I actually understand the answer. Special should out to Emilija who assisted me on my last inquiry : )

Absolutely incredible! The team is so fast at handling issues/fixing them and always taking suggestions for new features as well. They are SO helpful. The Gorgias system itself is a game-changer. It has allowed our team to handle customers' requests faster and create a better experience for everyone. I can't believe we went so long without Gorgias. SO thankful!

Such a great team! Their support agents are quick and helpful, as well as our awesome CSM! I definitely appreciate the town hall meetings and how client-focused the whole team is at Gorgias. They're always eager to hear from their clients and always pushing to make the app better for us.

We have been impressed with the easy transition to Gorgias from our previous platform and have been especially appreciative of all of the help from the onboarding teams to get us set up for success quickly!
