Excellent app! Easy to set up and use. Communication with our customers has been significantly improved and it's great to see how our agents are positively progressing month by month. Gorgias customer service is also excellent! There's no question they cannot answer. :) Would definitely recommend the app!

Gorgias is a fantastic platform to operate Shopify customer support on. Nothing like it at all! I highly recommend using Gorgias for any growing company that is wanting to drive excellent customer support!

I love Gorgias! The opportunities to automate and customize your workflows are endless; CX challenges are different everywhere and I love that Gorgias gets that. Djurdjica was super helpful and got back to me right away about my question, too :)

Had an issue with email and Emilija was great with assisting me. She emailed me daily to give me an update and didn't stop until it was corrected.

I recommend using Gorgias for every merchant using Shopify! its is so intuitive and gives many tools so that even if your support team doesnt have a lot of experience Gorgias customer care team - from set up to growth is so helpful!!! and the integration is really easy. Our agents team loves using it as well!

Terrible!! I thougth is will be a solution for my business and now it becomes hell. I changed my local phone number for Gorgias phone number and the service does not work at all. Calls appear randomly on different team member's screens, they don't ring sometimes, team members cannot recieve the calls despite they are connected on line...massive Dissaster on Christmas season!!!!!!!! lots of sales lost. The worst of it is the response from Gorgias. I understand problems can happen but I contacted the person who sold me product no answer, I contacted my account mananger no solution, I contacted the technical team...only apologies and no answer to my questions about company address for all my time and sales lost and it is like they ignore the questions....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still having problems with my phone line...

Extremely happy that we switched to Gorgias. As a customer service manager, I can say with confidence that Gorgias has amazing customer service. Besides that though, it actually is a great platform with amazing easy-to-use tools. It's been a much better experience with Gorgias than any other platform we've tried. Very customizable, and if you need help setting up your tools, you can book a call with a Gorgias rep almost any time of the day. Love it!

Amazing app - so user friendly, everything just so easy to use and figure out. No lags, no downtimes so far, and the Customer Service is superb! Very helpful!

Incredibly easy setup. Very intuitive to setup and use. Integration with Shopify is seamless and makes responding to tickets efficient and easy!

Very useful! A great to help with streamlining our customer service. They are fast in their replies and we like to work with them for the available integrations. We love that you can link Shopify products directly in your messages, that is a great upsell tool. The newly added Help Center is also a great and long-awaited feature.

Byer beware, the $60 subscription requires that you agree to a $10,000 not to exceed monthly limit. Your giving them permission to bill your credit card up to 10k per month uncontested instead of pausing your subscription in the event of a hack.

Customer Support is top notch which is a very important part of any CSM platform. So far I'm pretty happy with the platform overall. It doesn't have as many bells and whistles, but it does well on what it focuses on.

Gorgias Customer Service is excellent and their product is super helpful for our customer service agents. Senka answered my questions in a loom video in a timely, super helpful way and we were good to go. Highly recommended.

We have been using Gorgias for close to a year now, and it has been such a great addition to our daily operations. We have been able to build out an entirely new team dedicated to Guest support, using Gorgias as our centralized point of contact. Very user friendly, easy to integrate and install other software that your business uses, and I am very impressed by how much the Gorgias team listen to feedback and take action to always improve their product so that it serves their customers best. Every agent has been beyond helpful, and the ability to book 30 minute consult calls and attend townhall meetings makes you feel valued and supported at all times.
