Gorgias continued to bill AFTER we uninstalled the app from our Shopify Store. We also had consistent issues with Gorgias having significant down-time and the app logging out of our laptops and phones without notice. Unless you were on their most expensive plan, support was poor β€” ZERO live onboarding. We LOL'd at their reply to this review because their claim that they somehow help everyone equally was absolutely NOT our experience. It's self-serve unless you're at the very highest levels. One thing that particularly irked us was - after watching the how-to video, Gorgias expects you to grant them full access to all your brand's customer communication channels (email, all the social media channles, website etc). You never get to talk to a live person. We simply didn't trust or have faith in Gorgias to hand that access over. Luckily - many Gorgias features now come standard with Shopify since the latest Shopify update.

My team made the switch from Kustomer to Gorgias last year and are very pleased - the increase in speed is phenomenal and the platform serves as a one-stop shop for our various integrations. I wish there was a more robust reporting system and that different features of Gorgias were more readily able to be automated.

There is a MASSIVE bug in Gorgias - Once you click "Send" or "Send and close," there's a popup that says "Message sent" along with a button that says "Undo." If you close the tab before that goes away, your message DOES NOT get sent or saved in drafts. You have to do it over! I've spent an afternoon plowing through tickets and now I have to do ALL of them over again.

We downloaded and set everything up losing our whatsapp history in the process - the app is good but we would still need to go outside of the app to manage facebook group comments and others areas such as whatsapp ony being able to reply within 24 hours which doesnt work for us over the weekends - regrettably will need to find another solution

It works fine! This is the third helpdesk app I worked with and I’m very pleased. It is deeply integrated with Shopify so you can do a lot from the help desk app, makes it great to work with. Also works fine with the Shopify contact form which was not the case with the earlier helpdesk apps. Great customer support.

I am enjoying Gorgias and all of the additional features they offer. It's really refreshing to have someone in your corner from the platforms side. Jack is a great account manager and I truly appreciate all the help he provides. Additionally, customer support is great and quick. Nothing negative to say, the ride has been very pleasant so far!

Straight forward implementation and integration with existing Shopify Plus tech stack, ability to ingest or import tickets, macros etc from another platform and around the sun support that is truly second to none...what's NOT to love?!? Suspect we'll only be dipping our toes in the water as far as using the full suite of functionality but Gorgias allows our currently small team to ably handle enquiries, with room to grow. Highly recommended.

We're a small company with only two CS agents. We've been on Gorgias for a few years now and recently switched our Voice service to their native VOIP solution, switching AWAY from Aircall. It was a great decision. Aircall was very difficult to work with, prone to hacking, and had pretty bad overall service. Gorgias has been great. Not only is the voice solution easier to use, but it also integrates SMS very cleanly, and Gorgias customer service is fantastic. Their porting team got our numbers ported over within mere days. Two thumbs up.

Moving from Zendesk to Gorgias has been the most wonderful experience! It is so intuitively easy to use and this is so useful when training new staff members who have picked it up so quickly. Always responsive. I may not get full resolution on my issue due to the technical nature of the problem BUT I am always kept updated with how the team are working on the problem. I can't really ask for more than that from the Helpdesk and Chat service. Nice one!

Gorgias is our first ticketing system. We've used it for about a year and it's been a game-changer in managing customer issues. So much information at your fingertips, pulled in from Shopify. Recently I built a Help Center and Quick Replies; both excellent for efficiency. I had some final questions and the Gorgias Chat was not that helpful, nor did they answer timely. So I scheduled a Zoom session with a consultant - in 30 minutes Maria solved all my issues and my Help Center and automated replies were launched by end of day! I would give Maria 5 stars but overall this review is 4 given the delayed or opaque replies I have received from the Chat help, multiple times. That said I highly recommend Gorgias if you use Shopify. We have 9 people in our company-so you don't need to be big to benefit from this tool. I seriously cannot imagine running our business without Gorgias at this point. My husband and I are in a different place than our CS team. The ability to oversee customer issues, and manage escalations is amazing.
