Gorgias is super easy to use and their support is even better! Milan K just helped me with the quickness and explained everything thoroughly. We LOVE Gorgias and you will too! Keep it up guys and gals!

We switched over to Gorgias at the beginning of the year and haven't looked back! My favorite part is having access to all of the Shopify info while responding to Tickets. It's also such a time saver being able to issue refunds in Shopify from Gorgias. My other favorite, is the Chat Support. Quick. Throughout and uber friendly :)

Truly amazing! From customer service to all the capabilities of Gorgias, this app has been a game changer for us in less than a week. It also integrates with almost all the apps we use which has been super helpful! We are already saving so much time with the automations and built in Shopify features.

Zoran was really great at helping me with a technical update on Gorgias - I get a bit worried about doing something wrong and he was clear and really helpful. Always find Gorgias technical support quick and helpful.

A MUST have if you're running eCommerce and especially ReCharge -> makes customer support as seamless as possible (which CS is already tough as is). Great job Gorgias!

Great support! Milan helped me install the new chat wizzard in lightning speed! Would get 5 stars if you could organize emails better (folders) and had a search option on the mobile app.

Simply amazing from start to complete setup with astounding customer support. Their integration with Shopify and other apps is very simple to achieve and makes it a whole lot easier gathering all information directly from the app about their orders. This truly redefines the way we provide customer support and have increased our CSAT tremendously where we can instantly respond to most frequent questions using their prebuilt macros and rules.

Very quick customer service on their end, and always helpful with providing details. I love that this integrates with our e-commerce platform that makes so many things automated for our staff. Easy to learn the system. Great job!!

Gorgias is a terrific platform for Customer Service. I'm looking forward to the IG DM's integration soon. Gorgias CS Reps are attentive and quick to resolve any integration issues or provide me with any clarifications. The only major problem I had was one the FB Messenger integration didn't work during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales.
