Great customer service. Some app partners we have are very dismissive when I reach out to them, but Gorgias always goes above and beyond to make sure there is clarity and that I actually understand the answer. Special should out to Emilija who assisted me on my last inquiry : )

Updating our Review after trialing the AI Shopping Assistant Feature! WOW! After consistent work to bring our AI Agent from 25% to 40% over the last 6 months without the AI Shopping Assistant, we finally trialed the Shopping Assistant feature and LOVE what we are seeing. Our automation rate is up over 65% with the AI Shopping Assistant, bringing in more revenue, keeping our resolution time down, and saving the team the time to work on the tickets that need a human touch the most. The connection to shopify is almost seamless, very easy to navigate and all right within the gorgias platform to avoid opening extra tabs. There are some advancements in the shopify connection we'd like to see in the future such as unlimited order tag population and the ability for the AI Agent to read different shopify inventory locations. Still giving it a 5 star as the Gorgias Dev team is truly always listening to customers and what we'd like to see and implementing where they can.

Absolutely incredible! The team is so fast at handling issues/fixing them and always taking suggestions for new features as well. They are SO helpful. The Gorgias system itself is a game-changer. It has allowed our team to handle customers' requests faster and create a better experience for everyone. I can't believe we went so long without Gorgias. SO thankful!

Such a great team! Their support agents are quick and helpful, as well as our awesome CSM! I definitely appreciate the town hall meetings and how client-focused the whole team is at Gorgias. They're always eager to hear from their clients and always pushing to make the app better for us.

From the very first interaction with Gorgias, our experience has been and continues to be brilliant. Our replatforming of our ticketing software was relaxed, easy and without any major issue. All minor issues were dealt with in a timely and patient manner. We are now up and running with a really cool system and our agents love it! The flexibility and intuitive design has made everyone's workload easier.

We are a small online store, but would rate Gorgias very highly. The App works great for our small team, making it easy to work together to swiftly resolve customer issues. Customer support has been excellent from Gorgias both with implementation, which we found quite easy and the ongoing support for when we need help. Rules and Macros have saved us loads of time, and the Self Service help desk is a great help too. Before we used a much cheaper app that did not have the functionality, but didnt have the investment. But we have spent more, but saved more time as we grow. We are glad to have made the move.

Don't think twice about making the switch if you are on the fence. Our company had been using Zendesk for over 10 years when we made the switch. Not only do we love the features of Gorgias more than Zendesk, but the cost is substantially lower. I am also impressed with the level of customer service they provide. We made a mistake on our end and they actually took care of us! We did not have any expectations, but their response to our situation was swift and extremely classy! Was using Zendesk before, and Gorgias has quite a few things they do better, especially so if Shopify is in your tech stack. Highly recommend, and definitely keep an eye out on the "upcoming features" calendar as this is one of the few companies that have executed more often than not on their planned (and communicated) improvements to their platform.

We made the move from Zendesk a week ago and can already tell we made the right decision! From the onboarding to our internal reporting, this has felt like a huge upgrade. Features we were told about during our sales calls actually work in the way we hoped and we know as we learn more about the functionality, the more we will be happy with our switch. One of our main reasons to move was the Instagram integration Gorgias offers, we are thrilled to truly have our team on one screen, instead of bouncing around a bunch of apps!

An excellent option for Shopify+Whatsapp integration. So far so good. The best option after trying other competitors.
