Excellent chat service and easy to set up. The support team was highly communicative. The UI is much more modern looking than our older app.

Easy to use and great integrations. Developers listen to users and make changes/take suggestions. Staff is super helpful! It has room to grow, but I'm confident in their vision!

We are so happy to have found Gorgias! The user interface is easy to use and we have saved so much time responding to customer service inquiries using this app rather than just the GMail we had been using. The support is friendly and quick to respond, and we have experienced no issues with the software since we started using it. There are a couple things we would love to see as this platform grows- supported mass email/bcc functionality, ability to create discount codes instead of logging into Shopify, and a more robust search function so we can easily filter our customers. Great overall and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a robust Shopify integration!

We've been using Gorgias for several months. Pluses: tight integration with Shopify; easy to combine several points of customer contact; easy to navigate interface. Minuses: mobile app is absolutely terrible - this is really designed for desk bound agents; chat is very limited - you can't really see the customer journey while chatting - we're switching back to our previous chat program. One other issue, it would be nice if it auto sent replies to connected customer email accounts so they also be tracked outside of the app. So far, it's a keeper as their support is pretty responsive and they're constantly upgrading it.

The very few times we've needed help or had an issue, the live chat has been speedy, efficient and resolved our issue handily.

Gorgias has taken our customer service to the next level. It was fairly easy to integrate with our other platforms and it is easy to learn as we add new users. Gorgias customer service is accessible and responsive. Our entire team is so happy to have found Gorgias.

Their CX is incredible. ALWAYS there for my hundreds of questions every day. So approachable, and always solve my problem in a matter of minutes. They'll give you heads up if they will be a minute. I've never felt like an issue has not been resolved. Thank you, team!

Gorgias has been our go-to best CRM service so far. We've tried several before, but their customer service and convenient integrations with a very user-friendly interface is what we need to run our business. Very satisfied with Gorgias!

Too expensive. Tried it after Zendesk. PS A lot of fake positive reviews here. Our company compared two apps between Gorgias and Reamaze. With this app you have to add high cost per ticket and include it's price for each order which male ROAS lower. Both simple, but. Looks like it's only for small shops and lazy entrepreneurs. Do you need It when each facebook comment marked as ticket and closing your 750$ plan as quickly as comments under the popular meme. Not even close to Enterprise level, for sure not for e-commerce if you want to cut the spends and make higher net margin. !!!!! So, choose the systems and plugins, which not using pay-per-ticket plans. Reamaze or Zendesk. Best of luck! These guys just make too high money on simple operations. Have to be much less expensive.

I use this app to assist with customer service for our stores across many countries. It simplifies my tasks and i'm always learning more ways I can utilise it to work for me. Also have always received excellent customer service whenever I reach out - The team are so knowledgeable and always ready to assist and help improve my experience. So good!

I regret ever migrating from Re:Amaze. I cant comment on the software iteself because I cant get past the horrific customer support. Getting any help from Gorgias is like pulling teeth. They have zero regard for their customers time. STAY AWAY FROM GORGIAS IF YOU ARE GOING TO NEED ANY SUPPORT. And their support documentation is junk.
