Amazing APP, Impecible support. Live chat is always available to help guide you. They have a great onboarding process to help get all of your channels up and running. Plus they are always posting new blogs, guides, and webinars to help further your knowledge and improve efficiency and quality.

Gorgias has been amazing for us. Fully integrated with Gorgias, our SMS tool, Yotpo and has saved us a ton of time on the CS side of things. Definitely recommend.

Software only works when an order comes in through the 'online store.' It does NOT integrate with external sales channels. DO NOT ADD THIS APP IF YOU SELL ON AMAZON, WALMART, EBAY, or ANY other external sales channel. It will not work.

Gorgias is an absolutely brilliant app loaded with features and time saving functions. The support team is amazing and always helpful. They will help with just about anything. One of the best apps on shopify!

Werkt super makkelijk! Je krijgt snelle reactie vanuit de klantenservice van Gorgias bij een probleem. We werken met meerdere webshops samen via dit platform. Intergratie met ander social platform heel handig! De app verbeterd zich elke keer weer!

App is just great, support from Gorgias side is also very active and responding really quick! You can connect more than 1 shopify store which is very usefull!

Gorgias made Customer Support easy, I particularly appreciate the integration with ReCharge. Also, the support team is very effective and replies within a few minutes.

Was juggling between Gorgias and Zendesk for customer service app. Went with Gorgias because it integrates seamlessly with shopify with all order information on the single page. No longer need to alt tab different windows to find information such as tracking numbers. We have integrated chat, messenger, facebook posts, IG posts as well which is awesome. Saving you a lot of time! I would give it a 5/5 but only draw back was the number of tickets for basic plan is only 350. If this could be pushed to 450-500 this would make it the ultimate support software on the market.

I am new to the Gorgias platform and given that I have questions, I used the Live chat & Helpdesk to communicate with the team. Within no-time there was an answer on their part which made it easier and faster for me to know more about this platform.

They're always so helpful and quick to reply when we have questions! It's appreciated since we do have quite a lot because we want to make sure we're fully utilizing all the different features within Gorgias.

Not good for campaigns with different types of Shopify stores. Pricing is too high for a tool that is supposed to manage a good chunk of data. Integrity issues with the management, not keeping their word on pricing strategies.

Switching back to zendesk. The sales team did not honor their commitment. We were paying around 700 a month and came to an agreement but the team backed off. If they cannot commit to a sales agreement, I wouldn't expect them to commit to being easy to work with.

Meilleur helpdesk pour des PME/start-up e-commerce. Bien que les features ne rivalisent pas encore assez avec celles proposées par Zendesk (sur le live-chat notamment), je note énormément de points positifs : - Service-clients disponible - Plusieurs intégrations très simples à mettre en place (shopify, recharge, aircall) - tarification par nombre de tickets - un outil très complet (macro, rules, csat notification, dashboard, vues). Je recommande.
