We have been using Gorgias for a few weeks and like it more every day. Easy to use and it helps connect our team and our customers. We get great support from the Gorgias team and look forward to a long working relationship.

We shopped around for different customer support software and even used freshdesk for awhile. Gorgias is by far the best software if using Shopify.

This app is great, fulfilled basically all the needs that our store customer support department needed. (Integrate with gmail, facebook,UPS, orders and customer profile). special thanks to Romain Lapeyre, great demo and customer service experience. It would be even better if there is a yearly plan with discount :)

We have had a great experience using Gorgias. We switched over from Desk.com and have not been disappointed at all. We pay 1/5 the price and get more for it. Way more. Great product, great customer service. There are strong automation capabilities and all the features you would want to have your service desk equipped with. Highly recommend for anyone that has been tossing and turning over whether to choose Desk.com or ZenDesk.com. Be smart...choose Gorgias.

Support from Gorgias (esp Romain) has been above and beyond expectation. They really care about helping if you have questions or problems. Integration of support with Shopify is great. Really looking forward to seeing new features added in the future. Keep up the good work!

Due to increased support emails, we decided to try out Gorgias. We were pleasantly surprised by how well it integrates with Shopify, order data and customer data - everything gets pulled into Gorgias. Beside that, we also integrated Facebook support and Live chat support - this drastically decreased amount of support emails we received. What i liked the most is the support we received from developers, not only they answered all the questions, but also implemented a missing function we suggested - great work.

I've only been using Gorgias for a short while but I'm blown away by how much they care about their users and their product. I haven't been able to explore all the features yet since my volume is low but it is very impressive and the guys behind it have been incredible with support, even offering one-on-ones to sort out any issues. This is the way support needs to be in 2017+. Great app!

I've only been using this for 24 hours and I can already say three things: 1) the feature set is SPOT ON for what I need as a small business. Everything I need with no extra fluff. 2) As a former SaaS developer and product manager, I especially appreciate the UI/UX, as well as the open, integration-friendly architecture. 3) Support is TOP-NOTCH. Integrated easily with my gmail account and the chat was easily implemented onto my store. The best part is the customers details are displayed during chat

I can't say enough awesome things about Gorgias. Finally an app (and development team) that really care and "get" the problems that small businesses have and then they built this amazing CRM that WORKS!!!! This app is a game changer. Update: 2020 and we're still loving gorgias!!

Very nice app, Customer support is excellent for answering all questions, The handling of ticket weather it started from chat and then switched to sms was handled perfectly, I had no problems hooking up gmail, But I did choose not to import the exiting emails, Support is very open to feature requests.

At Sunski, we focus on delivering a personalized experience to our customers. We were initially using Zendesk, but had access to a limited amount of information about our customers. Gorgias gives us a full visibility on the customer profile, so we can personalize each response - no need to open up all our apps and new tabs. I also love the macros because they save me so much time. For example, If a customer's order is lost, then I just add my Macro that connects with Shopify and re-creates their order! No need to waste time in creating another order manually. The Gorgias team is also super helpful in seeing that any requests or suggestions I have about the app are evaluated and implemented. When we first started to use it, they even came to our office to help us set it up and become familiar with it. Definitely excited to keep working with them and know that they are always there to help!

⅓ of our requests are about shipping replacement items. We’ve connected Zapier with Gorgias, this way, we are able to ship a new item to the customer in one click. Another thing we like is the ability to edit orders in Gorgias, without having to jump between the conversation with the customer & Shopify. Huge time-saver.

We made the switch to Gorgias from LiveAgent a few months ago and it has been absolutely amazing! My reps no longer need to switch from system to system, taking away valuable time from responding to customers. Having customer information readily available on the sidebar in each ticket is insanely helpful and provides for extremely quick responses to our customers! We've expanding quite significantly from roughly 80 emails per day to about 800 per day quite literally overnight and Gorgias has been beyond helpful every step of the way!
