We are a small online store, but would rate Gorgias very highly. The App works great for our small team, making it easy to work together to swiftly resolve customer issues. Customer support has been excellent from Gorgias both with implementation, which we found quite easy and the ongoing support for when we need help. Rules and Macros have saved us loads of time, and the Self Service help desk is a great help too. Before we used a much cheaper app that did not have the functionality, but didnt have the investment. But we have spent more, but saved more time as we grow. We are glad to have made the move.
This is simply music to our ears. It is always a pleasure to learn that our hard work is recognized and appreciated by our customers. 🙏 We are sincerely grateful to you for choosing us in the first place and for sharing your story. Let's keep growing together! 💛 #TAPPHeroes

I contact them whenever I have any questions and they always explain things kindly and in detail. I have received a lot of help in using the Gorgias site.

Don't think twice about making the switch if you are on the fence. Our company had been using Zendesk for over 10 years when we made the switch. Not only do we love the features of Gorgias more than Zendesk, but the cost is substantially lower. I am also impressed with the level of customer service they provide. We made a mistake on our end and they actually took care of us! We did not have any expectations, but their response to our situation was swift and extremely classy! Was using Zendesk before, and Gorgias has quite a few things they do better, especially so if Shopify is in your tech stack. Highly recommend, and definitely keep an eye out on the "upcoming features" calendar as this is one of the few companies that have executed more often than not on their planned (and communicated) improvements to their platform.

We made the move from Zendesk a week ago and can already tell we made the right decision! From the onboarding to our internal reporting, this has felt like a huge upgrade. Features we were told about during our sales calls actually work in the way we hoped and we know as we learn more about the functionality, the more we will be happy with our switch. One of our main reasons to move was the Instagram integration Gorgias offers, we are thrilled to truly have our team on one screen, instead of bouncing around a bunch of apps!

An excellent option for Shopify+Whatsapp integration. So far so good. The best option after trying other competitors.

Honestly can't imagine life without Gorgias now! It saves so much time as we have templates for all of the most common customer service questions, and we've created an online help centre where customers can find replies to common queries without having to get in touch, which has further reduced the number if enquiries. The support team at Gorgias are really helpful and friendly too. Would definitely recommend :)

I love Gorgias! The app is perfectly integrated with Shopify, couldn't live without it. And their customer service responds in a few hours (normal you will say for a customer service app x) Keep it up!

Gorgias has been so helpful in managing our inbox and providing better support to our customers. They are so responsive and willing to help build workflows/rules and layouts that better support our support team. I've worked with Gorgias on other clients, and they all love what the helpdesk has had to offer.

Not really understanding some of the recent negative reviews of Gorgias. This is hands down the best customer service app we've used and it is constantly improving to keep up with the changing nature of support. We are a Shopify Plus user with five stores running through a single Gorgias account and the experience is seamless. Add to this a transparent product road map with the ability for users to upvote and suggest improvements, along with a very responsive customer support team, and you've got yourself the best support app for your Shopify store.

We've been using Gorgias for almost a year (after migrating from Zendesk) and it has made our lives considerably easier. Handling tickets is super easy, the tagging system is intuitive, and we have integrated Gorgias with all the apps and systems we use, which saves us a lot of time.
