There's no free plan. Don't waste your time.
Hi, we are very sorry for the misunderstanding, but the free plan is only available for dev stores. Unfortunately on the Shopify App Store there isn’t a better way to explain that more than what we did in the plan settings (FREE DEV PLAN). However we offer 7 days free trial to test the app, and I’m sure that if you test it you will be amazed by its functionality for just $3.99/month. Please reach back to us if you want to have a demo or verify if it could be the right fit for your store. Kind regards 😊

App is not working as expected. Support only available through "in-shopify-mail" (no reply so far). By coincidence I messaged their support software because it is linked on the bottom of their app (why would you link them?). UPDATE: I never received that mail.

No abre la app, queda en blanco. No se puede configurar nada.
Hi, we are very sorry you experienced this issue. Most of the time the problem is related to the fact you have installed an anti-spam into your browser or you are using a VPN. Broke my checkout and lost money due to it. Support was helpful to fix it in the beginning, but stopped responding for a week now. I had to pause all rules and there still is no fix to this date.

app, it says free but they want to charge, and also says 7 day free trial, but constantly taking me to payment processor

No advertised free plan is available and the app doesn't seem to work.
Hi, we are sorry you had a bad experience using our app. We offer the free plan for development stores only as specified on our app listing page. We also offer 7 days free trial, so you could have used the app more to get it working or contact support to get help, but you had it only for 4 minutes. We would be more than pleased to get you back onboard and to help you get it working.
