i had the original app last year when i first launched then deleted it as it started charging me . re-downloaded this year but its not giving me access to recordings via shopify. where is the app?

We installed the app and have contacted support 3 times by emailing them over the last 10 days and no one has gotten back to us yet. Terrible support. Can someone please get back to us. We have been emailing [email protected] that is listed as the contact email on the download app page. I just forwarded them to the email you provided below.

slick little app. I love it. thank you. Would be nice if there were some more visual text chat options (ie: if we could drag it to the part of the screen we want so it doesnt get in the way with our website design). However, still 5 star app. loving the new-ish pricing model too! thank you

Works perfectly. Very easy to setup. Definetively, Hotjar's the best tool for session recordings and heatmaps :)

Interesting app. Love the feedback button for customers. The heat maps and videos are interesting. Shows alot.

Its free. Try it! Easy installment and easy to use. Great app to improve the flow on your page and make it easier for customers

Allowed us to install Hotjar without getting charged an hour by our developer and is great to see association of Hotjar recordings to real Shopify users vs. typical anonymous IDs. Very helpful for customer service and UX planning.
