i was able to get an amazing support via email and when i couldn't understand the process, i was able to get in a zoom meeting right away with a very knowledgeable support team Manoj was very professional and willing to help with very understandable guidelines . 100% recommended. very friendly and useful features. Very good app and customizations available. I recommend it. Unfortunately it is not possible to auto-update the cart if you offer specific or particular upsells. They're working on it.

I am new to this app and so far I loving it. It is bringing i many sales already. I had a few hiccups but the IT team was very fast in helping me get issues resolved and thing set up great for my customers experience.

This app is simply amazing, the customer service is TOP NOTCH, I was using monster cart upsell and they werre taking FOREVER to fix my issue which made me loose a lot of money. With icart I have hopped on a call with mahoj and he was simply amazing, very patient andd was helping me promptly with everything i needed! I had an issue because i was using wide bundle, but they fixedd it in less than 24 hrs!! Where as other apps take 7 days... Really good, highly recommended

The app does exactly what it says, which is great. However, what really sets this apart is the high level of support received from the team. When setting up we have wanted certain elements to be explained so we can tailor to do what we require. The team are always on hand via email or a zoom call to offer assistance. The app has also improved conversions and sales. Great find and look forward to working together for a long time.

The app is simply amazing, it works in a million ways, it's fast, reliable and extremely customizable. The app itself is okay but there is no customer support to be found. Reached out several times over days because the upsells were sending customers to error loading pages. Still haven't heard back from them. A shame because the app features would be great if they worked.
