We installed this app after trying several different Upsell/Cross-sell apps and this is by far the easiest to use, most customizable and customer friendly. The customer support is super quick, very knowledgeable and ready to help. We've seen our sales increase significantly from the upsell app in just a few days. 12/10 would recommend

The customer service is just above and beyond anything I've experienced! A highly skilled CSS coder spent over an hour with me making the app look exactly how I wanted it on both desktop and mobile. This has been a huge improvement to our store. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I have only tried the app for a few hours, but I have never experienced customer service even close to this—instant replies in chat and modifications and setup (done by the developer) with no charge. I highly recommend this app.

I used this app to offer a gift wrapping add-on during the holiday season. It was easy to set up and customize the colours and appearance. the sales analytics were helpful as well. When I had a question, support was super fast with a response, thank you Lasandra! Overall this app did exactly what I needed and I'll probably keep using it for regular gift wrapping options year round.

I've been using this app on and off for over 5 years with over $20K in additional in-cart upsells. I recently changed themes and had several issues with it showing and their support got with me ASAP to fix.

The team is really nice, reactive and seems to be working hard. However, we sadly still keep getting the same months-old bugs and problems over and over again, with customers complaining regularly and/or (worse!) even aborting their purchase because of trust issues and visual confusion, e.g. overlapping cart elements etc. Moreover, it's not possible to define rule priorities or more complex triggers (e.g. combining AND/OR conditions), which is a must if you want to give your customers meaningful cross-sell recommendations.
