I used the free plan for a couple months and based on the stats provided, the app definitely is beneficial in terms of up selling prior to check out. I've now enrolled in the paid plan to see how their Autopilot, Using Artificial Intelligence works out over the next few weeks. My only complaint is with their stats. It includes any item added to cart using their app, BUT not actual purchases. So if customers add items, but don't actually buy, In Cart Upsell's stats still shows this as revenue earn, when in fact it wasn't. This can be very misleading. Other than this, it's a great app!

Great little app that allows a sleek in cart add to cart button and not a distracting pop-up. We immediately saw an increases in our average cart value! Even got some custom modifications done quickly with no hassle. Highly recommend! www.unitedbracelets.com.au

Update: this app is still great and I can highly recommend it. Service always quick and exact. I have been using this app for almost a year now. It has been a real "win". Definite sales increase each and every month. And support team has been very proactive and amazingly helpful. I can highly recommend IN CART UPSELL. We are currently using the free plan of this app and all we can say is it works flawlessly. The install and setup process is straight forward. The support team were nice enough to assist us with any questions we had. Overall, we recommend this app for those who would like to offer additional items to their customers.

I use the free plan. First of all I have to say that this is really a free plan without expiring after a short time-frame. The free plan is limited for 1 upsell-offer only, but that's what I need. The app was easy to setup, not within 5 minutes, but after about 30min it worked. The correct performance of the app took little bit time so that I needed to try several times and to contact the support. But the support responded very quick and helped me in a perfect way! After about 1 hour all troubles were solved and the app did what it was installed for. Thanks a lot for the free solution for my issue and for the friendly and useful help via the support-channel.
