Awesome support from the team to resolve technical issues. From the very first week of use, the upsells already generated extra income for my stores. Very pleased with the ability to present upsells to my customers in a logical yet subtle way.

Let me first start by saying In Cart Upsell will make your online business a lot more money with the genius ways they upsell products to your customers at the cart check out sections. And that is not there best quality. There best quality is there customer service. Any questions that you may have are answered honestly with lots of detail. They are also very flexible with their payment plans. Really recommend using these guys.

At first glance it may seem little tricky but once you get used to the interface it works a charm, with the added customer service experience makes this one a must have upsell app. highly recommended.

The developers of this app are so helpful! They went out of their way to identify issues with my theme and made changes to their own product to make it work. I'm so glad that I got to use this app with these wonderful wonderful people. Big shout-out to Jevon for being extra quick in his turn-around time.

We have only been using the app for a couple of days now but, it was super easy to set up. We had a couple of simple customizations we wanted to get done and like other reviews said the support was very quick to respond to us. Less than 2 hour response time.

Been using this app for a while now, and the setup wizard they have makes it easy to implement the pop-up on both desktop & mobile. Customer service has always been available for questions and to help out.

This app helps our customers 'not forget' complementary products many often need, e.g., colouring pencils to go with their 3D cardboard colour-in toy; remover to go with their nail polish; etc. We also use it to offer smaller add-on products which are outside what people seek us out for (e.g., we're an eco toystore, and use this app to offer bamboo toothbrushes). Easy to use app. Super responsive support team who have helped us adjust as we needed. Highly recommend.

I am currently using the Free version. The customer service is not bad. They reply asap & quite helpful! Just may need to communicate a few times to get what you really need done. Otherwise good service!
