I use this app. It is so easy to use and not intrusive to the customers. I love how the support is, they are really helpfull and they actually fix the app for you if something is not working properly. So nice, I recommend it to everyone who wants a good upsell app with good support.

Great app, support team is very very helpfull, and i mean extra helpfull, they helped me set up the app as i wanted it, and for free, so if you have any trouble just send them an email, and they will help your super quickly, by quickly i mean minutes, not days, so yes, super super happy

This is a great app for a store that uses ajax carts! A lot of other popular apps out there do not work well with ajax carts so that was the main reason we tried In Cart Upsells out. So far it has worked great and was relatively easy to set up. The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is I wish they had a chat for quicker responses for help, however, they do respond within an hour or two via email.

Great App. Increased my sales and revenue incrementally as promised and great customer service - they reply and resolve the same day. Cost of app is worth it compared to revenue.

Loved the app. Very easy to use and the support team is super responsive. There are multiple options to customize the offer and the conversion rate is high too.

Seems like it should be simple to install, but never showed up live on my site. limited functionality. NO SUPPORT WHATSOVER! I waited 24 hours, but nothing.

Perhaps our reply email went to your junk mail? Please review your records, I also emailed you directly... Please reply and help us get this resolved. Thanks SO much. The In Cart Upsell app is undoubtedly a useful little tool for making some extra sales although I could name a good few functions that, if implemented could turn it from a good app into a great app.

Let me first start by saying In Cart Upsell will make your online business a lot more money with the genius ways they upsell products to your customers at the cart check out sections. And that is not there best quality. There best quality is there customer service. Any questions that you may have are answered honestly with lots of detail. They are also very flexible with their payment plans. Really recommend using these guys.

At first glance it may seem little tricky but once you get used to the interface it works a charm, with the added customer service experience makes this one a must have upsell app. highly recommended.

The developers of this app are so helpful! They went out of their way to identify issues with my theme and made changes to their own product to make it work.
