Best app on Shopify if you are a current ebay seller and want to sync your inventory. It's a little rigid in the rules you can set, but it's 'good enough'. Also the listing template is nice, and in some ways is easier to use than ebays form.

Doesn't stay synced. Buggy and slow if you have many items. Customer service not very helpful.

Inkfrog has been doing well and has greatly improved over 2020. We've had very few issues of late.

If you are selling on both Shopify and eBay this app is absolutely brilliant. Once you install it you will wonder how you ever got by without it. It took me a bit of time to get my mind around it but will save us countless hours and eBay stock headaches in the future. Their customer service is exemplary. Take the time to watch the videos and really think about the the rules you set in the link settings. Once set up you can forget about ever logging on to eBay......six stars!!

Works OK to sync Shopify to Ebay, but if you want to add another store like Amazon in the mix its a nightmare, they have NO chat or phone support. Every time I try to email a list of questions, it takes between 4 and 12 hours and they only answer one question, then its another day shot waiting for a 2nd response. Looking for a different company that has better support if they cant help soon.

We're sing this on www.autopartscheaper.com and it is fantastic! Just sent 2900 Listings to ebay with a click of a mouse! This just saved me hours of work!

I've been using inkfrog for nearly 2 years now and for the most part it's been really good. It generally keeps the inventory synced up regularly and the support staff are fast to assist (usually have issues resolved in 12 hours or so) however the software can be terribly unreliable when it comes to syncing orders from ebay to shopify which is a real pain. It results in a lot of lost time have to double check that everything is synced up and occasionally results in orders not being sent out when they should. The staff have done their best to assist but have advised me it's not something that will be fixed as it occurs for a multitude of reasons. EDIT: Downgraded to 1 star due to the software becoming increasingly worse and costing our business money and reputation.

We have been using InkFrog for approx 4 years and it is the best app we could have asked for. We used to spend so much time removing stock from our eBay store that had sold on our Shopify store and vice-versa and now InkFrog does it for us. It was quite difficult to setup as we have so many items for sale with a huge range of variants per item. However, now that it is setup, it's pretty seamless. The developer has sorted any issues that have arisen very quickly which is invaluable to keep things running smoothly. UPDATE (14/10/2019) - the support offered by InkFrog is incredible. They reply almost always immediately and are incredibly knowledgeable. Also I am now using their templates for my eBay store. They were so easy to use and setup, wish I had done it back in the beginning! I definitely recommend InkFrog to Shopify users that also run an eBay store.

Works mostly .. glitches with item compatibility mpn's .. etc etc .. but overall been using it anyway to keep a 3000 + item inventory synced for the last 6 months.. www.motorbikebitsonline.com

This is a work in progress. Right now a 3-4 Star App, hopefully in the Future will be a 5-star app. Here's the deal: It sort of syncs. You have to start all your listings on Shopify, then import to eBay. You can't go the other way, or do anything with eBay listings for your Shopify store. (Yes, shopify has an app, but this won't sync inventory or prices). It doesn't play nice with Markdown manager. If you like to create sales on eBay using the Markdown manager, you need to stop making sales or forget this app. It's also very tricky if you want the same listings to have different prices (because eBay charges higher fees). I found the best way was to just turn price sync off and manually update prices. Sales don't really sync. Inventory for your Shopify store won't reflect any sales on eBay until you go to the Orders page on Ink frog and run a sync. So much for active real-time sync for inventory. It's slightly better than updating it manually, because at least the sync can update it quickly, but it definitely doesn't make your inventory "real-time". Design templates are pretty limited for eBay. You can set up a basic design that looks pretty nice, but if you want to include URLs to your store, or do much customization, it's basically impossible without html coding it. Example: I wanted the pictures to be on one side of the description, text on the other. Impossible. Without html coding, the pictures can either be on top or bottom of description. I really want to like this program, but right now I'm wondering if life would be much more difficult without it...

Doesn`t display orders from time to time. Especially multi item orders don`t show up. Please fix that guys!

Would not import anywhere near the entire catalog of products. Would always stop around the 80-something number. Tried every setting and could not import any more. Very frustrating!

After looking around for an inventory management app for our website: MobilityEquipmentforLess.com, we stumbled upon inkFrog. Let me just say that the support staff is AMAZING!! The app allows for a fairly seamless integration between Shopify and Ebay. One improvement I would suggest is how the new listings are done. If you list from inkFrog, it only lists to ebay. To go around this, you MUST start your new product in Shopify, then import to inkfrog, edit and then list to ebay. We are VERY pleased with the price point and application. THANK YOU INKFROG!! YOU ROCK!
