Inkthreadable is pretty good, theres a great range of products and the quality of printing and embroidery is good. Sometimes, when there is a lack of communication about orders placed, they are fairly swift to correct the issues.

I was able to link my Shopify account incredibly easily to Inkthreadable and have enjoyed a seamless process of designing, uploading and selling items this year. Most importantly for me however, has been having a direct contact at Inkthreadable who is always responsive and helpful. Selling online can be daunting and having a supplier who is so willing to engage in conversation and helping out whenever possible to answer our customer's questions has made this venture a viable one for me as a designer.

I have been using Inkthreadable for over a year and after going through numerous print-on-demand companies, Inkthreadable is by far the one of the best I have come across. It has incorporated all things most important to me which are accessibility, communication, speed, diversity and sustainability. Definitely would recommend it to anyone interested in dropshipping as there are no commitments and low-risk involved.

I have been using Inkthredible for 2 years now and would not use anyone else. Their customer service is just fantastic and the products are made with care and delivered on time. You have nothing to lose by using them as your POD supplier they are the best!

Inkthreadable have been an invaluable app/partner as we have been expanding our online business. For both our Etsy, Shopify and Ebay stores, they have provided excellent quality products that have been getting consistent 5 star reviews from our customers, coupled with extremely quick shipping - including the crazy Christmas season! We were relatively new to such apps and the POD industry, so it's been a learning curve on our teams side and we've sent multiple queries, always getting a prompt, detailed and supportive response. In the run up to Christmas before we had linked all our newer products to the app, we experienced much higher demand than usual and the Inkthreadable team went above and beyond for weeks - during what must have also been their busiest time of the year helping our business to keep up on taking orders and processing them on time. Without this extra personal assistance, we would have literally been forced to pause taking orders at the busiest time of the year. All our products are now linked with this app and everything has been working seamlessly for our multiple sales channels with the only few errors being sourced to us not following the instructions fully for some adhoc products. Development wise, as we've been gaining in experience and growing our business we have a few wish list items we're working with Inkthreadable on. When our business first started, we were using one of the biggest well known global players but they severely let us down and were extremely unhelpful and slow to recognise the damage this was causing our business. Inkthreadable's far more responsive and supportive partnership approach made all the difference!

I’ve worked with them for the last 3-4 years. I’ve tested a few printing companies in the UK and in Japan. Positives: In terms of print quality they are really good. The customer service is consistently quick (usually within 24 hours), fair, helpful and friendly. One of the main draws for me was their early adoption of fair trade/organic products. Super grateful to the team, I haven’t really had any issues apart from lost shipments and a few mistakes here and there that they quickly helped with. lost shipments aren’t really their fault anyway. That happens about 1 or 2% of the time I would say from my own experience. But again, can’t fault Inkthreadable for that as far as I can see. I think they’re a really good company. Improvement suggestions: I wish we had the option to double print white shirts, like you do for the black ones. prints look much better on black because you do 2 coats (white base, full color). I wish you could do that on white so the print is not so faded. I also wish we could check the stock for each product online. some t-shirt prints do eventually begin to disintegrate after around 100 washes, so if that could be improved that would be really great. anyway, you guys are killing it. the people leaving 1 star are haters .. I’m sure tons of people are happy with this company that don’t leave reviews. thanks for everything and looking forward to continue working with you

The started off well but terrible over the Christmas period, caused my store terrible damage with poor reviews, followed by no attempt to make up for it but to send you an empty sorry message. I still got orders in production placed in early December. Customers waiting for Christmas presents in early Jan. So you can imagine the effect that has on Amazon or Etsy store reviews. Stay clear is my advice.

The Selection and quality control of these guys is incredible. Their application is so easy to use and I certainly will recommend to anyone who is looking for something intuitive. The people behind the company is even much better - you know someone will always reply when you have a query . Their ethical and sustainability policy is also one of their biggest strength and unique factor. My customers love all my products because Inkthreadable puts great attention towards high quality print and garment.

I've been using Inkthreadable as my main supplier for several months. The app is straight forward, intuitive and easy to use. The best I've come across from 3 or 4 drop shippers Including some of the big names, that I've used.

This 5 star rating is for the app and for the excellent service I've received from Inkthreadable since I first contacted them about a month ago. Every question I have had has been answered quickly and to my satisfaction. Most importantly, the quality of their garment printing and their speed of order turnaround is incredible compared to my previous supplier.

initially, I was impressed with the Inkthreadable app, the production and delivery SLA's given on their website and the range of items it offers. However, I started a phase of testing things started to go bad. I first set up a whole bunch of products that I wanted to sell and then went through the process of placing a test order, for a couple of reasons: 1. I wanted to check the quality of the goods I had chosen and the quality of the printing. 2. I wanted to test that Inkthreadable could stand up to their production and delivery SLA's. Firstly the production SLA on their website states 3-5 business days my items were completed and shipped in 7 business days so in total 9 days from when I initially placed the order. Then the order took another 2 days to be delivered meaning that from the point an order was placed to the time it arrived at my address was 11 days. Sadly for me, this is simply not good enough, as a small business owner, if I put this kind of service into use on my shop, I would fully expect to receive bad reviews left, right and centre. The next problem is with what was delivered, the packing slip was poorly printed in places it was overloaded with ink and in others, there was no ink at all! Not a very professional look, in my opinion. Finally, there was the quality of the garments, the actual clothing was pretty much as I expected it to be (good) however the printing, looked rushed to the point fibres from the garments appeared to be poking through the prints. All in all, I'd have to say I wouldn't trust Inkthreadable to produce and ship my orders for me.

We chose Inkthreadable as we were keen to use a UK based supplier. However, we experienced numerous issues with quality, errors in fulfilment and poor customer service. Whilst customer service is prompt, you are left with the distinct impression they do not really care – or do anything meaningful to help. Christmas was a particular low point as they failed to meet their own delivery guidelines. Promised service improvements never materialised – and we have now closed our account having decided it is simply too risky to place the reputation of our fledgling online business in this company.

ive used inkthreadable for about a year now. thier customer service is TOP TIER. mistakes happen. they fix them without an issue when they arise. packages get lost. they reship quickly. they have an awesome active facebook community where users and staff help each other out. they have items that other vendors do not carry and are always looking to expand. top notch.

We like inkthreadable and their potential service but have been disappointed with attention to detail - shipping wrong products to customers - bad printing. We want them to get better so we can continue to work with them.
