I have been using Inkthredible for 2 years now and would not use anyone else. Their customer service is just fantastic and the products are made with care and delivered on time. You have nothing to lose by using them as your POD supplier they are the best!

Sold over 2,000 products in a number of months with Inkthreadable - faultless the whole time. What more can I say - even over the busiest period of the year. Given a walk around of the facility it is a seriously impressive operation and team. Used Prinful in the past - which was much more problematic. Will be staying on with Ink this year !

Inkthreadable have been an invaluable app/partner as we have been expanding our online business. For both our Etsy, Shopify and Ebay stores, they have provided excellent quality products that have been getting consistent 5 star reviews from our customers, coupled with extremely quick shipping - including the crazy Christmas season! We were relatively new to such apps and the POD industry, so it's been a learning curve on our teams side and we've sent multiple queries, always getting a prompt, detailed and supportive response. In the run up to Christmas before we had linked all our newer products to the app, we experienced much higher demand than usual and the Inkthreadable team went above and beyond for weeks - during what must have also been their busiest time of the year helping our business to keep up on taking orders and processing them on time. Without this extra personal assistance, we would have literally been forced to pause taking orders at the busiest time of the year. All our products are now linked with this app and everything has been working seamlessly for our multiple sales channels with the only few errors being sourced to us not following the instructions fully for some adhoc products. Development wise, as we've been gaining in experience and growing our business we have a few wish list items we're working with Inkthreadable on. When our business first started, we were using one of the biggest well known global players but they severely let us down and were extremely unhelpful and slow to recognise the damage this was causing our business. Inkthreadable's far more responsive and supportive partnership approach made all the difference!

I’ve worked with them for the last 3-4 years. I’ve tested a few printing companies in the UK and in Japan. Positives: In terms of print quality they are really good. The customer service is consistently quick (usually within 24 hours), fair, helpful and friendly. One of the main draws for me was their early adoption of fair trade/organic products. Super grateful to the team, I haven’t really had any issues apart from lost shipments and a few mistakes here and there that they quickly helped with. lost shipments aren’t really their fault anyway. That happens about 1 or 2% of the time I would say from my own experience. But again, can’t fault Inkthreadable for that as far as I can see. I think they’re a really good company. Improvement suggestions: I wish we had the option to double print white shirts, like you do for the black ones. prints look much better on black because you do 2 coats (white base, full color). I wish you could do that on white so the print is not so faded. I also wish we could check the stock for each product online. some t-shirt prints do eventually begin to disintegrate after around 100 washes, so if that could be improved that would be really great. anyway, you guys are killing it. the people leaving 1 star are haters .. I’m sure tons of people are happy with this company that don’t leave reviews. thanks for everything and looking forward to continue working with you

Been working with Inkthreadable for 3-4 years now and can honestly say they're the best POD company around. The print quality is great, the integration is seamless and the customer service is properly amazing. People are always on hand to answer any questions or fix any issues and they're really up front with accurate lead times or changes to products etc. With other PODs if feels like you're being fobbed off or talking to a robot but with Inkthreadable you know you're being supported by actual people who care. Can't recommend Inkthreadable enough!

Their customer service let both us and the charity we were raising money for down badly. Badly let us down with a Christmas order. For a business that is B2B, they do not understand their customers’ needs at all - that or they just do not care about them! Ordered some t-shirts on 3rd Dec, they had not arrived by 16th so chased them up as we needed to get them and post them out to our customers. We were also raising money for a charity with the sales, so it was urgent we got them in time to post them out in time for Christmas for both our sakes and the charities sake. Spoke to customer services on the morning of 17th who advised that there was a problem with a small section of the order, and they were reprinting it. I advised that section was not important, and they offered to post out the section that was ready that day so we could begin processing it. Spoke to them again later that day and they said they had not gone yet but they would def go that day or on Sat 18th at the latest. Stressed again and again how important it was that they went out so we could post them out to our customers in time for Christmas. I was then furious to find out they still had it in the factory on Monday. We did not get it until Wednesday 22nd which was too late to get it out to our customers. We were left looking stupid as we promised customers the goods were on their way over the weekend (because that’s what Inkthreadble had told us), out of pocket giving refunds and not able to give the charity the money we promised them. We complained and requested a refund. They apologised for the confusion and have given a 25% refund. This is not good enough. There was no 'confusion' with the order. They lied to us on 3 occasions. They had 3 chances to put things right and they have not. A testament of a good company is how they deal with things when they go wrong and how they look after their customers. Inkthreadble lied to us and looked after themselves rather than looking after their customers. They keep saying their delivery time scales are just estimates and using that as an excuse. That I can understand, the lies on the phone, I cannot. If they had posted the part of the order that was complete on the Friday or if they had given us a refund so we could still support the charity, I would have happily stayed with them as a customer. However, their awful B2B service in this case has forced us to leave. I would advise anyone else to stay clear if you value your own businesses good reputation.

The started off well but terrible over the Christmas period, caused my store terrible damage with poor reviews, followed by no attempt to make up for it but to send you an empty sorry message. I still got orders in production placed in early December. Customers waiting for Christmas presents in early Jan. So you can imagine the effect that has on Amazon or Etsy store reviews. Stay clear is my advice.

Service is excellent, app is easy to use, although tend yo use the Head to the website button as it seems easier sometimes. Times were slower during initial lockdown, but communication was good and so I could inform my customers. Delays were inevitable and most customers are understanding as we're all in the same boat. End customers are very happy with the quality.

I really wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company! every order we have placed we have had problems, first couple of orders 2 of our customers had to wait over a month to be shipped 1 customer had then wanted a refund because it was taking so long. We had an order for 500ml water bottle, when it arrived the print was crooked a replacement was sent but even then the colour on it was off. They are just 2 examples of many. I feel like there is no care put into orders, if you value your company's reputation i would advise not to use Inkthreadable

Massive Stock Issues. Please be aware their website DOESN'T reflect the suppliers stock so once customer places an order, then they will notify you product is out of stock and ask to select replacement. This reflects badly on our store as I had to go back and disappoint customer. I have started looking for alternative fulfilment partner as this is a risk I am not prepared to take.

I've been using this app and Inkthreadable for 5 months now (Clothing side) and have to say my experience with both the app and the company has been great. It's not been easy for all of us through these times of COVID-19 but Inkthreadable have kept things going, albeit with some longer turnarounds on certain items but to be expected. The app functions well using shopify and once you get used to the odd little quirk with it, it's great. Inkthreadable as a company are expanding their abilities with a recent factory move to larger premises and adding new additional print machines too. Their support team are great, really very helpful and if any print / QA issues arise they correct it and redo without a problem. The only area I'd like to see improve in particular for me is the range of available bright vivid colours on the Stanley / Stella line of TShirts but I'm hoping this will improve over time. I would recommend trying them as an app and company, I've been very happy with them.

We've used Inkthreadable (a lot more than we expected to) since launching our brand. The app and UI is clean and fairly easy to navigate, although I would request a bit more clarity for the payment requirements etc, as that's a bt of a mindfield. That being said, the Inkthreadable teams support has been excellent and really makes them standout. Things have gone wrong, and issues have been flagged, but the team have identified and rectified our points, sending out replacement products when needed, FOC to us, which is all we can ask for the moment. Long term, it would be good to have some QA level back and forth, but understand that is difficult whilst ensuring rapid delivery as we require. The quality of products on offer is excellent, we chose to stay clear of the cheapest options for most product and this paid off, the quality is great and selection is unparamount in UK POD services. Add to that environmentally aware packaging and a good notifications system for fulfilment, and we're happy! Keep it up team, thanks for all the support!

Poor quality products and delay in shipping. Wrong product sent. Quick to refund though, and fast customer service.

a minute ago-Edit Very poor service, teeshirts often printed wrong and have to be redone, so the 3-5 days is not correct. They do not notify you that they printed your teeshirt wrong they just add extra days. I have a customer who has waited 12 days for a tee which was 5-10 days delivery the item has not been delivered now were told 30 days for a refund when it should of been delivered after ten. Had to order a replacement which will now take another 5+ days to send as they are going to make mistakes again for sure. Very Disappointed. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS ONLY THEMSELVES

The Selection and quality control of these guys is incredible. Their application is so easy to use and I certainly will recommend to anyone who is looking for something intuitive. The people behind the company is even much better - you know someone will always reply when you have a query . Their ethical and sustainability policy is also one of their biggest strength and unique factor. My customers love all my products because Inkthreadable puts great attention towards high quality print and garment.

I love your T-shirt products and you have brands that I could not find somewhere else from UK suppliers . However the experience with your app and website really drives me nut and is killing my patience. It is extremely slow and more often than not it just does not work at all, I kept clicking clicking and the site/app just remained as is. Creating a few products on here took me the whole day as the website just did not work properly. When I exported products to shopify, nothing came up on my Shopify. Note: this is not to do with my internet connection as everything else was working perfectly. In short, I really struggle to get things done with your app and website. I still have a little bit of patience here and will keep going but I guess I might decide to go back to Printify soon as the app user experience is effortless there.

Really warm, friendly service with a sleek chat interface. They have only gotten better with time, and I have every confidence this will continue. Their environmental policy and ethics seem to be unparalleled among print-on-demand services on Shopify. They carry quality cotton products that I can't find anywhere else. While product creation can be slow and there are sometimes print issues, this doesn't seem that different from anywhere else. Products with print mishaps go to charity rather than to waste. Recommended.

Ok in the start, but so many things wrong now. Integration doesn't fullfill the orders. In most cases they have the items in stock. Some mockup images are low in quality.
Hello! The bug where orders were not being marked as fulfilled on Shopify when shipped by Inkthreadable was fixed some time ago, and we haven't had any further reports of this issue since. If you're still experiencing your orders not being fulfilled automatically, please could you reach out to our support team with more information? Your review mentions that there are a lot of problems with the app, so if you could contact our team with any other issues you're experiencing then we'll look into those for you — we haven't had any reports from other users of any bugs, so it would be very helpful if you could report these for us asap. We hold a limited number of products in stock, but the vast majority of the products in our catalogue are ordered on a next-day basis when an order is placed since we operate an on-demand business model. This means we rely on our suppliers to keep the products they offer in stock, and where possible we have multiple suppliers for the same product. The mockup generator is a tool provided free of charge for all customers, but you're under no obligation to use it for any products printed by Inkthreadable. If you'd prefer, you can use alternative sources for mockups if you're looking for a different quality of mockup. Inkthreadable has been the best choice for my business: the quality of their prints is excellent and the turnaround times aren’t too long (usually 2-3 business days). They’re also EU based, which reduced delivery times for my customers. One other thing that amazed me was their customer service. The founders, Alex & Amy, have built a wonderful business with a great team that’s always there to help you. If you have a question or a problem, they’re easily reached via email or live chat. We all know sometimes things just don’t go as planned. Having an incredibly helpful & friendly customer service team who go out of their way to resolve the issue and help you out, is invaluable! Really glad I found Inkthreadable and can’t wait to grow my business further with them! tl;dr: - European based - Excellent print quality - Great turnaround times (usually 2-3 business days) - Easy to use app that integrates well with Shopify - Amazing customer service
