Shoddy, frequently disconnects

We genuinely want to make sure you have all the information and support you need. To share a bit more context here: the disconnections you encountered are related to authentication token expirations from a third-party API. These can occur for reasons outside of our direct control, such as security updates, API limitations, or unexpected token resets. Unfortunately, this tends to happen more often with Personal accounts, which are inherently less stable when connected through these APIs. We know that explanations don’t erase the frustration you experienced, and we’re truly sorry you had to go through this. The app does not work properly, It get wrong account media when I put my Instagram username and have no way to fix that or try put my credentials again, I try delete and reinstall but It come back with welcome again in the same wrong pat, without way to come back in step to try fix, I think its just lost of time....

i cant comment on the app itself just yet but Tech support is super helpful. i couldnt get the backend stuff figured out on my own but tech support through the chat icon was fast, patient and so helpful and stuck with me til i got it figured out.

When it works, it looks really good. However, more often than not it just disconnects itself and doesn't tell you, so you end up with a blank page or one massively outdated. Having to uninstall and look elsewhere and it's just too unreliable.
