It seems that you added it to the footer or a page template and not a specific page. Our team will get in touch with you to help you via a review reply so we can help you. Regarding support, you are referring to our ticket system support and not live chat as we don't offer chat support by default, only upon request. Offering ticket-first support, allows us to provide better and more efficient support since you'll be talking directly with our development team. Regarding your concern about why we ask for an email, we take privacy as a top priority and for that reason, we don't collect emails from stores on app install. You'll never get unsolicited contacts or emails from us. That means that when you contact us, we ask you to provide an email so we can get back to you.
