Insureful app is very good. Must recommended. Provides all the features that you want for your store. Their service/support is awesome , whenever I got stuck they helped me in the best way they can and it was quick too.I have asked some feature that was not provided in app and they provided without any extra cost usually no one do that.

This app really is a game-changer. The customer service is great, but what I love most is how it puts me in charge of my own insurance. With traditional policies, you always end up paying more than you ever get back. And in this case, you are always in control.

Rajan was very helpful. I had had some issues in setting up the plan - not being IT competent - and he resolved those for me and answered a few other questions too. It's a good app and as well as potentially income generating protects the vendor

Absolutely love this app. Best customer service and most importantly the best way to manage your insurance. Insurance is a losing game, you always end up paying the insurer more than what they pay you back. So this is a much better option.

Works & Configurable. Wish there was a more convenient control over the percentage based insurance brackets - I'd like to generate more precise brackets in the lower end and less precise in the higher. Outside of that, very good
Thanks for the thoughtful review! 🙌 Great to hear it’s working well. On percentage-based brackets: yes, we can set finer steps at lower order values and broader steps at higher values. This uneven tiering is available on Shopify Plus. If you’re on Plus or planning to upgrade, ping us in the in-app chat and we’ll enable it. For non-Plus stores, we can suggest partial workarounds, but they won’t be as granular.

When the shipping protection widget is enabled, the app creates a product with 100 SKUs for percentage-based pricing (ranging from $1 to $99.98). The widget calculates a protection fee based on the cart total and your set percentage, then selects the nearest higher-priced variant. For example, if 2% of a $220 cart is $4.40, the widget will display the closest higher variant, $5.04. WHAT??

Installed the app a couple of Month ago - and recently i noticed that the Mobile part did not add insurance to the cart. When I contacted support they analyzedand discovered an issue with my theme and went all out to fix the issue. What I really liked is that they took ownership and worked on a solution. Well done. !!
