Interakt has been an amazing tool for managing our WhatsApp customer communication! The platform is super easy to use, and the automation features have helped us save so much time. I especially love the quick replies, broadcast options, and their customer support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we need guidance. Overall, Interakt has really improved the way we connect with our customers. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience with Interakt. Our paid subscription was suddenly ended, despite being active on Shopify. As a result, all WhatsApp campaigns stopped, causing direct business and revenue loss. We have been continuously following up for the last 3 days, but there has been no proper support, no resolution, and no accountability from their team. Only generic responses, no action. For a business that depends on WhatsApp automation, this kind of downtime and lack of support is unacceptable. Paying customers should not be left stranded like this. Would not recommend Interakt to serious D2C businesses unless they improve support response time, escalation handling, and reliability. We are shifting to BotPenguine.

They do work but according their own time. The support is so delay and not that on time. But as I say they work and help the merchants but not on time.

Honestly, one of the best platforms I’ve ever used! The support team is super fast in responding and explains everything clearly step by step. The platform itself is very easy to use and well organized — even for first-time users. It really helped us manage customer communication in a professional and seamless way, especially with automated WhatsApp messages I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smart, reliable, and fast system that makes the customer experience much better.

There has been absolutely no help from Interakt. The customer service is the worst I have come across. The payments are not going through from over 2 months and we have been requesting them to cancel the subscription, only to hear silence. Extremely bad way oof doing business

We have been using Interakt for around a year now and found it to be a good tool for WhatsApp marketing. The integration and campaign features work well and are easy to use. Though the platform still has room for improvement to make it more user-friendly, we understand it’s in a developing stage and expect it to become even better in the future. The only major concern is the delay and lack of clarity in support responses. While some team members are helpful, the support team overall needs to be more knowledgeable about Interakt’s features to guide users effectively. Apart from that, everything else is good — we’re happy to use a platform proudly made in India.
