Useless support. Guys i would not recommend any such app where getting customer support is a big task. I have wasted so much of my time on this app for setting up but there is no proper support from the app. Creating a simple ticket is a task. I would better opt for Wati which might be lil expensive but have better support

If I could rate Interakt below zero, I genuinely would. From day one, their Indian sales team tried to push a $432/year plan on me for an app I never even got to properly use. They held a charge, and because I refused to pay for something I did not use, my shopify website was suspended. Yes - my entire Shopify store, just because of an app subscription I never agreed to continue. I had to escalate this nightmare to Shopify Support, who thankfully stepped in and fixed the mess Interakt created. Fast forward one year later, and unbelievably, I receive an email from Shopify saying I now owe another $432 for Interakt’s “renewal.” A renewal for a service I never used, never renewed, and never wanted in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. I reached out to Interakt again, hoping this could be sorted out quickly. Instead, I was met with one of the most unprofessional support interactions I’ve ever experienced. Rude, unhelpful, dismissive - the complete opposite of what any paying customer should deal with. The chat was handled by [email protected], and before I could even finish explaining my issue, she closed the chat. Just like that. No help. No resolution. Nothing. At this point, I am convinced: Please do not fall for this company. Their sales tactics are aggressive, their billing practices make no sense, and their support is shockingly unprofessional. There are plenty of apps out there - just avoid this one unless you’re prepared for stress, confusion, and unexpected charges.

The Intreakt team works very efficiently. They helped me resolve many of my doubts and explained everything clearly. Their support was timely and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended

Great experience using Interakt with Shopify. We faced a major issue, but the CSM team (Shubham Keni) stepped in quickly and resolved it efficiently. Really appreciate the support!

Interakt has been an amazing tool for managing our WhatsApp customer communication! The platform is super easy to use, and the automation features have helped us save so much time. I especially love the quick replies, broadcast options, and their customer support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we need guidance. Overall, Interakt has really improved the way we connect with our customers. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience with Interakt. Our paid subscription was suddenly ended, despite being active on Shopify. As a result, all WhatsApp campaigns stopped, causing direct business and revenue loss. We have been continuously following up for the last 3 days, but there has been no proper support, no resolution, and no accountability from their team. Only generic responses, no action. For a business that depends on WhatsApp automation, this kind of downtime and lack of support is unacceptable. Paying customers should not be left stranded like this. Would not recommend Interakt to serious D2C businesses unless they improve support response time, escalation handling, and reliability. We are shifting to BotPenguine.

This is third-class support; whenever an issue comes up, it doesn’t get resolved for an entire week.
