Interparcel is very useful, and when we were having trouble setting up our store Daisy provided great help and worked with us us to sort everything out.

Great customer service and support from most people I have dealt with and particularly Daisy and the Australia Post integration team. The app itself is easy to use and fantastic integration with Shopify. We still get stung occasionally with some unforeseen fees from individual couriers (especially TNT) which results in me just avoiding that courier option. Only feedback would be it would be ideal to get faster updates on parcel locations (i.e.. missing parcels or delayed delivery), however I understand that may not be feasible with IP contacting couriers etc. etc. But if that was something to work towards that would be ideal.

Was willing to accept extra fees, hidden charges, packages not getting delivered, squeezed for more money.... But the final straw is when it just stops working altogether and no one can buy anything from your store thanks to them. Avoid

We are early into our Interparcel journey and have been using the app for the last couple of months. We jumped on board when they introduced the beta for Australia Post integrations. The platform is simple and easy to use and saves our team valuable time in processing and dispatching our orders for our online shopify and eBay stores. There has been a few teething problems as with any new app integration but we are heavily enjoying it and the customer service team including the sales manager have been fantastic with any problems or mistake made on our behalf along the way. I would love to see the app grow with more courier integrations allowing customers (including us) to have their own rates from other courier providers, not just Australia Post. Definitely would recommend the app to other companies, great job Interparcel team.

We have been using Interparcel since September 2020. It has been great to have everything in one place, including both domestic and international orders. Customer service has always been great too.

We have been using Interparcel for over a year and a half and absolutely love it. Easy to use, saves a lot of time and have hardly had any issues. Also great customer service, when needed.

Been using Interparcel since October 2020 and glad we made the move. Integrates well with Shopify, Etsy and Ebay. Easy to print labels. Also love the variety of quotes we get as we send everything from small to bulky items and we always get a solution,

This is a great app to handle your Shopify shipping issues. We use it along with Australia Post and find the integration to be wonderful, saving us a lot of time with orders. Customer service is quick and informative and we are glad to finally have found an app to suit our small business needs.

this is a great shipping app! am able to get great price on pallets as well as normal delivery domestic and overseas must say it definitely has helped my business. there is no option to delete or cancel pickups, or to reschedule, but if you use their contact form it is mostly responded to quite quickly. account managers are also friendly and will do their best to sort out a rate that works well for you. wish I've used it earlier and not other apps that require a subscription

I have been using Interparcel in my shop for several years and cannot fault them. Their prices are reasonable, and the integration works flawlessly. Their customer service is responsive via email and phone, so problems get solved quickly.

Just about to start using the integration, I've been using Interparcel for some time now & it's a great service. The integration to the ecommerce platform was a bit confusing for a non I.T. savvy person like me, but Anthony patiently guided me through the setup & I'm ready for this to simplify my life with the shipping of larger parcels.
