Great App. It has been a great resource to upload over 20,000 products on to my website. I utilize it every day to manage product quantity, prices, etc. I would highly recommend, especially for sites with a large number of products. LGNaturals.com

I've been using Inventory Source for a few months and it works really well for my Shopify feed. It syncs/updates a few times per day and I've yet to have an issue with an out-of-stock item. My only issues are the lack of customer service on the weekends (when a lot of us new part-time e-commerce retailers are setting up and working on these type things) and the occasional lack of relaying information in a way easily understood to someone who does not have the same technical knowledge/vocabulary as the Inventory Source reps.

If you are starting out in eCommerce, and you have a store which you are selling a number of items, and it may increase or decrease in items, Inventory Source should be your partner. Especially if you have MAP, MSRP pricing requirements you need to honor. I have 4000 plus items in my store, and may even add a second or third vendor feed as well, Inventory Source meets my needs. I have had small issues and things where resolved with in 12 hours. What I like, twice a day i get an email which i can monitor on my phone, that my inventory feed was updated. Also, I like that at any moments notice, anytime of day, I can adjust my catalog feed, search which products i want price overrides on, perhaps find certain items that I no longer want to carry, or add new products to my feed. Then push a force update. Then my store is done, no downtime no fuss, no messing about. Overall, for what they are asking for the price and the customer support I get, I can't complain. If you have a high volume sales store and you want to automate it even further, they offer an order fulfillment service as well. I don't subscribe to it, but I can only imagine it most likely is spot on as everything else seems to be. If you have an eCommerce store and your wholesale vendor is supported, give'm try. Explore the tools they have, the tools are very powerful if you put the small amount of time into getting to know them, which isn't much, as they are very intuitive for the average eCommerce owner can easily pick it up. If you are doing things manually, you are wasting time and money best put to promoting your business.

Inventory Source is a fantastic app, just wish it cost a little less! By far the best app in the Shopify Store for "Automatically Upload Products, Sync Inventory"

App sucks. Monthly prices are outrageous. Free account means absolutely nothing & is useless. You can't add any products to your store without first dishing out a huge amount of cash for an app that may or may not provide income.

We are continuously having inventory syncing issues. This is happening on a weekly basis, and now going on 72 hours with no update at all to inventory numbers. It's especially worse over the weekends when support is not available, or doesn't respond to your messages about the issue. It has been causing, and can cause and has caused orders to be canceled because warehouse will say they are out of stock. We have no idea what inventory numbers are after 3 days of no updates yet we must continue to process orders. Software is improving some but some simple things that would make it more user friendly and more adaptable rather than constantly having to view multiple pages for data are missing still, though suggestions have been made. Support team is helpful but it's a constant state of back and forth emails due to software issues. Time spent would be more valuable finding more profitable products to sell rather than emailing back and forth issues.

Wouldn't recommend to new store owners. Try Oberlo first before paying to use IS.

We have only been using the Inventory Source app now for a couple of months. Everything has worked as advertised and it saves me a lot of time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for inventory automation. I am giving it 4 stars only because of pricing

Personally, my business has only been using the Inventory Source app now for a few months. At the beginning, we had some issues, but the customer service was very responsive and got things running again. Altogether, we are very pleased here at need/want using Inventory Source for our inventory automation and in the future hope to have them add full automation to our company. www.needwant.store

Overall Inventory Source has been phenomenal in both the service they provide and the level of attention their support team gives you. Pros: - I don't have to import, filter, and manage pricing for thousands of products. Which ultimately gives me the freedom to have so many products - Their customer support group is amazing. Very helpful and attentive. I usually get a reply within 1/2 hour. - They have lots of suppliers to choose from for integration. - Lots of Rules can be set up in the configuration. Cons: - Can get pretty costly when adding multiple suppliers, would like to see a discount has integration count goes up. - Getting custom data feeds can sometimes not be feasible. (not sure if this is an issue with inventory source or the supplier.) - You can't specify a certain margin you want to make on each product. I'd like to see that feature added. Only $/% discounts or mark ups are available In summary, I'm very happy with inventory source and will continue to suggest them to fellow ecommerce owners.

Pain to use, they will not mark your website up with the right pricing, Just too many problems using them.

If you are looking to have your inventory put on auto-pilot, you need this app! I have 2 of my suppliers through IS and I know I never have to worry about out of stock items. The new dashboard is amazing and super easy to use and change pricing and inventory. The support is very responsive and answer your questions within a few hours, they will even schedule a call with all newbies to get your shops set up correctly. They go above and beyond to help make us money! Keep it up, guys!

Without Inventory Source I would have no online business. Inventory source is the lifeblood of my online store.

I have used the app for a number of years and it certainly helps me with my store as adjusting stock levels and out of stock items when I carry over 3000 items myself would be close to impossible.Customer service is prompt when needed and as a drop shipper this app saves many hours of work.
