Initially, I was skeptical that I could make Invoice Falcon work for me, but the support team went over and above to help me out and showed me how to make the adjustments I wanted. It really was the dork in me that couldn't see just how easy it was. Then when I had a new small issue arise they again went over the top and just took care of it for me. I like this app how the templates can be customized and is free to do it. The templates are professional too! No catches or hooks. Highly recommend.

Great; Very easy to use; Professional looking. There is only one thing I don't like about it which isn't that big of a deal: When I want to print an invoice or packing slip, it always downloads it to my computer first and then I can print it. I wish it would just pop up in a window to print from. I don't wish to download and save it since I can access them from the app anytime.

I don't know what's going on but for several months nothing work. We can no longer export our invoices in CSV format (this is very important for compatibility) and our customers can never download their invoice. The main thing is not working. We were promised that the problem would be solved today, in the end no feedback from the sav. Lost money. I leave two stars because there is a wide choice to personalize your invoices.
