I don't know what's going on but for several months nothing work. We can no longer export our invoices in CSV format (this is very important for compatibility) and our customers can never download their invoice. The main thing is not working. We were promised that the problem would be solved today, in the end no feedback from the sav. Lost money. I leave two stars because there is a wide choice to personalize your invoices.

I installed and tried several invoices apps on my Shopify store Invoice Falcon app is the most powerful and user friendly app. It exactly meets my business needs, especially after their latest feature to record partial payments from customers and reflect this in customer order invoice. It's much more value for money than the alternative Sufio invoice app, which is considerably more expensive and offers less features such as not being able to display item weight in invoice. Displaying item weight in invoice helps customers understand why they have been charged a higher shipping fee if their parcel weight is heavy (depending on a store's policy toc ahrge shipping based on weight)

I have used this app to print my invoices/packing slips. It does the job that I need it to do. No complaints from me at this time.

Update 03rd July 2024: since we are a regular customer, it looks like the support of Invoice Falcon does not care about us anymore. They seem to care only when we are a new customer, then they try to convert us to a regular customer. I am disappointed. I sent 2 requests by email since 2 weeks and have not received any feedback. It was not like that in the past. They replied very fast when I sent support requests. Too bad. I am actively looking for an app to replace Invoice Falcon and will uninstall it as soon as I find a good one which is easy to use and which has a better support. ------------------------------------------------- Old review (when I was still a new customer, when their support was still active): I can't recommend a better invoice app for your Shopify store than Invoice Falcon. The app provides me with all features needed by our company's store and is working really well. Moreover, Kartik and Sandesh from the support team of Invoice Falcon are awesome. They reply to all my support requests (either by chat or by email) in some minutes, with very kind words! I had some urgent questions for them like at 11pm in their time zone sometimes, and they were replying! I couldn't believe my eyes, plus their replies solved my issues very fast. So, in short, excellent invoice app and truly exceptional support. Keep the good job up!
Hey there! You’re right to call this out. There was a period where support quality dropped and we weren’t responding as we should have. The previous owners of the app did not give it the care and attention it needed. Since then, we’ve taken the app over and rebuilt both the product and the support side. We have had a fantastic experience with Falcon, their app works perfectly and we couldn’t ask for more from their support system. We needed to add a customers PO number to our store and invoice, they help us achieve what we wanted with minimal effort. Thank you Falcon

Fantastic App, it does everything it claims, just better! Biggest bonus this app provides is you can send "Marked as Paid" orders an automatic email to client to let them know you have received their payment, something standard shopify does not do, which is critical in today's market!

I run a small business that just adopted Shopify as our sales platform. We had some specific requirements related to invoices and creating PDFs. Invoice Falcon perfectly fit the bill. Enabling the Invoice Falcon app is easy as is the customization. Their technical support is responsive and helpful. I'm very happy I found them.

I installed this when a client emailed and asked for an invoice, and it was super easy to set up and send through the invoice. After sending the initial invoice, I then went and did some customisation, this too was super easy. Thanks.

Decided to stay on the app after some bad experiences - periodic changes to "improve" their app adversely impact other areas, such that invoices and/or credit notes are no longer accurate. Could manually correct some of these errors before, but latest error could not be manually corrected and required their intervention, which while initially slow, did eventually remedy the problem and the app is once again fully functional. I hope they continue with this more attentive customer service support. It actually started so well with them (3 years ago) and gradually over the past couple of years had a decline in customer service and reliability - suspect this is because the staff are seemingly entirely different now - but hopefully that decline is being proactively reversed.
