it's ok. it glitches a lot. totals don't match what is on the order. service is good, but I cant wait weeks for it to fix, I need to be able to send invoices right away.

We have been using the app for our business and it has been the perfect find. The settings are easy to understand and the invoices look perfect. It is very easy to download the invoice of the orders integrated with shopify. You don't need to enter any detail of the order. The support team is also very helpful. As we have just started out, we can't afford to pay every app, this is the best free invoice app providing 50 free invoices. As the business grows, we won't mind paying for this one!

The app does everything you will need and more. The basic features get your invoicing up and running quickly , with VAT details etc which is need in the UK. Beyond that there are loads of other features for people with high volume orders and invoicing needs. Support is excellent and responsive Same day :) Will be using on my other new shopify sites coming soon

Still having some glitches such sas discount will not updated with shopify and invoice dollar amount won't match with the shopify order which causing lots of problems for payments

Love the Falcon Invoice app, and the team is very helpful and nice. We had a technical glitch with invoices not coming through our mailbox, and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Would recommend it to everyone!

J'ai utilisé l'application durant très longtemps... malheureusement leur système bugge, génère des factures avec un mauvais montant de TVA, un mauvais montant global après remboursement, les exports sont complètements erronés. Je l'ai signalé pendant trois mois, on m'a tenu le bec dans l'eau. Au final je n'ai jamais eu d'assistance réelle... aucune aide, aucune correction, et des dizaines de factures non conformes ont été envoyées au client. Cette application ne devrait même plus être proposée tellement sa fiabilité est faible.

Super helpful for us that receive deposit payments on Shopify. This app allows us to track who has not paid and who has paid, along with creating invoices for products that have split payments.
