Does not work with I pad on shopify point of sale. Don't understand why it would be on the app list is it does not work.

We’ve since released a much improved version of the app with better compatibility, including support for Shopify POS and more reliable document generation. The version you tried was from before we acquired the app, and unfortunately it was not being actively maintained at the time. I am using Invoice Falcon for over 4 years now. Only in the last year or so I had some issues quite often (automatic invoices were not sent which caused a lot of manual customer support for us). But after finally I got in touch with one of the devs Mohammad, everything is working perfect. He helped me to setup the correct DNS settings so the issue was solved. Thank you guys!

The app does what it should. It's easy to use. Invoices are generated automatically, you can also customise them individually. The customer support is very nice and helpful.

it's ok. it glitches a lot. totals don't match what is on the order. service is good, but I cant wait weeks for it to fix, I need to be able to send invoices right away.

We’ve since released a completely new version of the app with much better accuracy in totals, faster document generation, and a far more stable system overall. The earlier version you used was from before we acquired the app, and unfortunately it was not being properly maintained, which led to delays and inconsistencies like the ones you mentioned. We have been using the app for our business and it has been the perfect find. The settings are easy to understand and the invoices look perfect. It is very easy to download the invoice of the orders integrated with shopify. You don't need to enter any detail of the order. The support team is also very helpful. As we have just started out, we can't afford to pay every app, this is the best free invoice app providing 50 free invoices. As the business grows, we won't mind paying for this one!

super bien, estaría bien que se pudiera unir a las ventas de shopify y que cuando emites una proforma y la conviertas en factura se reste del stock pero es un detalle la recomiendo 100%

We like the design and functionality! We have large orders so items can take a while to load. Support is working on a solution for our large orders. EDIT: we cannot even produce an invoice at this point. Complained and no solutions have been offered!! Very frustrating since we only need a PDF invoice from time to time and we can't even get that.
Hey there! I’m sorry you had to deal with this. We’ve since rebuilt the app to handle large orders much more reliably, including faster document generation and better performance overall. The version you were using was from before we acquired the app. It unfortunately wasn’t being properly maintained, which is why issues like this went unresolved for too long. The app does everything you will need and more. The basic features get your invoicing up and running quickly , with VAT details etc which is need in the UK. Beyond that there are loads of other features for people with high volume orders and invoicing needs. Support is excellent and responsive Same day :) Will be using on my other new shopify sites coming soon

Still having some glitches such sas discount will not updated with shopify and invoice dollar amount won't match with the shopify order which causing lots of problems for payments
Hey there! Thanks for sharing this, and I’m sorry about the issues with discounts and totals not matching. We’ve made major improvements since then, especially around accuracy between Shopify orders and invoices, along with overall stability. The version you used was from before we took over, and it wasn’t being actively maintained at the time. That led to problems like the ones you described.
